“Very nice, very clean, friendly staff, great customer service. All staff complied to cdc guidelines to keep themselves as well as their guests safe. The room service menu food was good for the most part (Wasn't too fond of the burger). The food at the actual restaurant within the hotel was good. Different foods depending on the day. The last day I was there I had some great wings but couldn't get any more because the kitchen was closing as they were getting ready to serve dinner. During my stay, I enjoyed a magic show, and a cool live band. There were different shows depending on the day/night. There was also entertainment by the pool which I could see from my room on the 8th floor (great ocean view). Really family friendly or if you want to bring a significant other (I went for my babymoon). There are things to do for children but you would have to inquire about it once your there. I had a great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone.”

“We have stayed at many Hard Rock Hotels. The staff here was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Food was great. They did a great job of dealing with the pandemic by keeping everything clean and did their best to protect the guests. There were some restaurants that were closed every other day for deep cleaning but that is understandable. Lukaz in the main lobby was an amazing help to us. Highly recommend this place!”
