Everything is great, except for the front desk. Need more training to reach 4-5 star hotel expectation. It’s simple things, not difficult. Train them to greet with smile such as, “ Hi good morning! Welcome to our hotel, how are you today? How can we help you?.” They are your front line !! Hopefully, you will take this seriously.

NOT A 5 STAR RESORT!! Just returned from here last night and want everyone to beware. 3 out of 8 people in my party got sick from the food at various times. I was one of the three and I know I was in very bad shape for over 24 hours. Our rooms: the sliding doors would not close all the way leaving a large gap at the bottom. If you want to get away from the loud music and noise of the outside, you can't because the doors don't close completely. There was plaster falling from the door frame of the entry door, the toilet seat was loose, there was a huge cockroach in the room one day dying for a long time by itself so there must be pesticides used. Some of our showers were with cold water. There did not seem to be hot water consistently. My teen daughter called for room service one night three times but her order never came. Each time she called they were surprised it wasn't received. Housekeeping was OK on some days and other days very poor. Also, if you don't want to wait to sleep at 1:00 AM, too bad. The loud music from the main bar near the lobby travels up to all the floors so you will hear it until it stops about 1:00 AM. The positives: The staff is usually friendly and most are very nice. The nightly entertainment in the outdoor theater was pretty good and the pools are nice. Just be careful of the iguanas that mingle among the deck chairs hoping to help themselves to your poolside food.

We absolutely loved our room. It was comfortable and the bath was incredible. The service was great and the pool was quite nice. Overall I feel we had a good stay because it included what we needed…. But it also included what we didn’t. The food was awful. My husband and I were here on our honeymoon for 8 days. We had breakfast 3 times, lunch 3 times, dinner twice. We ate out every other time because the food was just not good. I felt the Brazilian restaurant was even inedible. We ate 1/4 and then felt gross and left. The place is great if you aren’t picky at all… or if you don’t plan on eating here. But I’m the food here really took a big hit on our experience. Aggressively average at best. Sickening at its worst.

Our stay was amazing, we didn’t want to leave! The service was excellent, the food was great, the pools and restaurants are fantastic, and the employees were honestly some of the nicest people I have met! We have zero complaints and will definitely be staying again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!

We were there September 23-28 with a large group with our travel club. The rooms, building, grounds and spa were excellent. However the food and food service were terrible. The concierge service was truly awful. Room service was ordered and never delivered and the restaurant service and food was less than adequate. I celebrated my birthday while there and several people paid for items for my room that I never received. 1 person bought a cupcake and hand wrote a card for me that was not with the cupcake-she had to go have them retrieve it from a drawer and bring it to my room. My husband had a banner, rose petals, balloons, chocolate strawberries and bubbly to be delivered and I never got the balloons, strawberries and bubbly. Another friend ordered a cake and banner to be delivered and I never got either of those delivered. Please note that all of these items were paid for but never arrived. We travel a great deal and this was the worst experience we have had to date.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The food was delicious and very good quality. The pools are very nice and the beach is very clean. We were lucky and saw some turtles running to the ocean. One star less for the shower that did not work well and flooded our room every time you took a shower and for the people that get too drunk and didn't care anything about covid at all.

This was our first time staying at a Hard Rock & overall our stay was great! We felt safe & comfortable with constant temperature checks, sanitizer, & masks for all staff & guest. Resort & rooms were very clean. The staff was attentive & accommodating. The food was ok. Room service was better than the restaurants. We ate off the resort alot. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice, very clean, friendly staff, great customer service. All staff complied to cdc guidelines to keep themselves as well as their guests safe. The room service menu food was good for the most part (Wasn't too fond of the burger). The food at the actual restaurant within the hotel was good. Different foods depending on the day. The last day I was there I had some great wings but couldn't get any more because the kitchen was closing as they were getting ready to serve dinner. During my stay, I enjoyed a magic show, and a cool live band. There were different shows depending on the day/night. There was also entertainment by the pool which I could see from my room on the 8th floor (great ocean view). Really family friendly or if you want to bring a significant other (I went for my babymoon). There are things to do for children but you would have to inquire about it once your there. I had a great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at many Hard Rock Hotels. The staff here was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Food was great. They did a great job of dealing with the pandemic by keeping everything clean and did their best to protect the guests. There were some restaurants that were closed every other day for deep cleaning but that is understandable. Lukaz in the main lobby was an amazing help to us. Highly recommend this place!
