“Originalmente fuimos para el uso de la piscina. Hacía bastante calor y estaba limpio y era de tamaño adecuado. Las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. Los empleados son muy serviciales y sonrientes. En mi opinión, la vida es un buen hotel en términos de precio y prestaciones.”

“El hotel nunca tiene una calidad de 4 estrellas, sus puertas y cerrojos están hechos de aglomerado barato. Cuando salía de la habitación para hacer el check out, me hicieron pagar 100 TL, lo que llaman una tarifa simbólica, porque tienen un servicio de calidad de albergue y un enfoque de solución que puede hacer que otra persona pague 300 TL. Odamaxx tampoco ofreció nunca una solución lógica, una experiencia de cliente cero. Lo único que hicieron fue llamar al hotel y decirle que el precio que pagó fue simbólico, lo entendemos. Te adjunto las fotos, no te alojes en Radisson, haz una reserva desde Odamaxx, sobre todo si te vas a quedar, no toques demasiado tus pertenencias. Entonces no deberían dejarte comprar vasos o camas :) :)”
