“¡El hecho es que 5 estrellas volaron hacia la ventilación! El sistema de aire acondicionado en todo el hotel no funciona. Leí las reseñas y veo que este es un problema muy antiguo. Todo el personal trabaja duro y sonríe dulcemente, en vano. No hay nada que respirar por la noche: todo el trabajo del personal y el servicio no importa a quienes vienen al hotel. Quiero enviar todo lejos. Esto es real, un problema que nadie resuelve Gran cocinero, personal competente: ¡huye del trabajo! Es necesario cambiar por completo el sistema de ventilación y aire acondicionado. No recomiendo a nadie que venga aquí, es una noche de insomnio. Dinero desperdiciado. Solo el chef es joven, todo es muy sabroso.”

“I highly enjoyed my stay at Divan Ankara, the staff were very attentive, Buket was very helpful with checking me in and giving me all the information I required including facilities and what was available nearby.
I was then escorted upstairs with my luggage by a young man named Tamer who had a very infectious smile and kind nature. We had a great chat as we walked to my room and he told me how much he enjoyed his job and meeting new people. I absolutely loved his energy and positive attitude and hope his managers see that this young gentleman is a credit to this beautiful hotel.
The spa was heavenly and a great way to wind down after a long flight and busy day. The variety of options for breakfast was very impressive. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending to others.
