“Habíamos reservado 4 habitaciones a través de Odamax. Luego cancelamos 1 habitación. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos enteramos de que todos estaban cancelados, pero esto fue culpa del hotel. La reserva fue visible en Odamax y nuestra aplicación. Habían vendido nuestras habitaciones. Puede haber un error o error, ese no es el problema. No corrigieron sus errores, ni les importó. Nos molestó mucho su actitud y por supuesto encontramos otro hotel, pero Park Inn Radisson fracasó como institución. Sabiendo esto, digo actuar.”

“La ubicación del hotel no es mala. El hotel está limpio pero las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Tuvimos una pequeña inundación porque el desagüe de la ducha en la habitación en la que nos alojamos estaba obstruido. el yeso de la habitación se ha derramado. No es una bonita vista. Tengo derecho a esperar una mejor vista desde el hotel, que cuesta 1100 TL por noche. El personal es muy servicial y amable. Deben prestar más atención a la limpieza de la sala de desayunos.”
