“I really liked this hotel, having stayed here for 3 weeks. The location in River North is spectacular - walking distance to the Chicago River, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and more. The room was comfortable and spacious. Service was always professional and friendly. The only reason I couldn't five stars was the rather disappointing breakfast. It was the same almost every day, except for the appearance of french toast sticks on the weekend. There was no freshly made or regional item on the menu - due to COVID maybe? At any rate, I would stay again if the breakfast situation improves.”
