“Fizemos check-out em 22 agosto 2018. Ocorre que esqueci meu guarda chuva no maleiro do hotel. Solicito contato para autorizar uma sobrinha, que vive nessa cidade, para pegá-lo. É um guarda -chuva grande automático com cabo branco e de plástico transparente e escrito "I (coração vermelho) NY", Trata-se de uma lembrança adquirida naquela cidade, Tivemos uma ótima estadia durante toda a semana, Funcionários muito atenciosos. Aguardo um contato.”

“Friendly staff and location is good. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as the magnificent mile.
The only complaint is the bathroom. The door doesn't stay closed if it is not locked. The shower rod is shaped in a way that does not allow the shower curtain to completely close, which causes the floor to get wet. There is a strong mildew/mold smell in the bathroom and you can see the mold around the inside of the tub.”
