“I stayed here for several nights pre-covid but I never bothered to write a review. Why now? I live down the street from the MD of a major hotel chain in the EU and he asked me about my finest experience...so I told him my story and he ... took notes.Well, that evening after reviewing some pictures from the past, I now recall exactly how great we felt from the moment we walked into the hotel.Immediately following check-in, we were greeted with cookies and some tea, on the house.What the... I were so comfortable that we ended up ordering champagne, a burger, a salad, dessert, and it was heaven!!!We didn't even check into our rooms.That is customer service. Can't wait to return.We felt so welcome.And it's close to the Embassy so a minute is all it takes.”
