“Without a doubt the best hotel in Berlin. Especially noteworthy are the exceptionally friendly and competent service as well as the exquisite breakfast. Both service and breakfast are unparalleled and the best I have experienced worldwide. The SPA area definitely needs refurbishing (it might have been by now, last time I visited was before COVID), and some of the rooms need modernisation with better phone charging by the bedside, better AC system, better shower heads, etc.”
