“I have been Hilton Honors member and Hilton owner for over 10 years and this has been my first stay in a Conrad. And what an experience it was thanks to this team in the downtown NYC hotel. Very chic very tasteful decorated and absolutely spotless. This hotel is the definition of good old fashion customer service.Every employee that you pass regardless of their role, it pleasant friendly and offers assistance. So many great little special touches that you don’t see so much anymore, bathrobe and slippers, full offering of bathroom amenities, specialty coffees. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, and taking in sights without the crowded and noisy streets but surrounded by little parks, gardens and.breathtaking riverfront views. I have already booked two additional trips! Special shout-out to Kenny, Lisa, Michael, just to name a few! Thanks for the best anniversary weekend. See you again soon!”
