“Very nice. The room was very nice and made great use of space. However, the bathroom could have been a little bigger. The elevators were slow and that was a little annoying at times, but I liked the system they use, and the fact that you have to swipe your key card in the lobby to gain access to the guest floors. The staff were very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.”

“We had a great time at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean with stunning views of lower Manhattan. I also loved the bathroom, especially the shower. The only complaint I had was that I didn't find the bed very comfortable, the mattress felt a bit cheap and there weren't enough pillows provided without having to ask for more. The staff were all great, from the front desk to housekeeping. The bartenders downstairs made delicious cocktails in a comfortable space, but it is extremely pricey even by NYC standards. We will stay at this hotel again next time we are in NYC.”
