“La cama supletoria es muy mala. Es imposible dormir en ella (adjunto foto) El aire acondicionado no enfría con lo que en verano en la octava planta hace mucho calor en las habitaciones. Por último aunque no menos importante, el trato del personal es muy frio y distante, en ningún momento te ayudan. Una pena, nada que ver con el trato recibido en el resto del país incluso en alojamientos de inferior categoría.”

“Room and bathroom are extremely clean.
Bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to sit at work at the desk.
Breakfast has good variety including gluten free and vegan options.
Reception is open 24/7 and staff very helpful.
I had a late flight and was offered to stay throughout the day, with no extra charge!
Super service.
The location is within walking distance of the old city, and if you're into street art the building next door has a massive mural and the side.
