“The staff, location and view lovely. However, the hotel needs some upgrades and cleaning more. Also the pillows aren't comfortable but the staff especially vlad was nice”

“The staff were very helpful, my luggage had been misplaced at the airport and they were willing to help with accepting the luggage delivery and even contacting us when it came The hotel is very easy to find and the parking is free and there were many spaces every day. The general appearance of the hotel and the lobby looked nice and clean, and also very professional. The hotel room wasn't quite up to scratch, the door was catching on the floor and had been for a long time so the floor was damaged. The wallpaper was peeling slightly in the room and looked a bit tacky. The bathroom wasn't the best either, the shower head leaked and also the shower door let a lot of water through onto the floor. We ordered a double room and there were two single beds together with two single quilts, a little bit frustrating. Also the breakfast was pretty basic and I got a spoon with quite a bit of dried on food that hadn't been cleaned.”
