“I had to quarantine for a week. Shortly after being released from quarantine, the government imposed more lock-downs and extended curfews, so I spent quite a bit of time in this hotel.The hotel provided a list of online food ordering sites, one of which I used on Saturday 3/20 in the early evening. I was charged, and received a confirmation email, with a confirmed delivery date of 3/20. I called and emailed on the 21st and requested assistance from Hilton on the 22nd since they provided the contact. They basically said "call them back"... They finally agreed to call them for me.3/23, while in quarantine, the water was shut off. Without notice or warning. At the time of day in which I found out that I had no water, no less than 3 hotel employees had called my room for various reasons, and three had visited my room delivering various items. No one told me the water would be off. Water was off from 3p - 730p. Still no notice. Later I received a call at 750p that water had been restored. I later realized that I had a message indicator blinking on my phone - the messages were from the hotel informing me (after the fact) that the water had been shut off, then again that it was going to be off longer than expected, etc.Because I was there for so long during quarantine, it means that a LOT of my meals came from room service. The food was just OK, but I had at least four instances when I either wish I hadn't ordered what I did because it wasn't prepared well, or it was overly greasy; sent something back because it tasted like one or more of the ingredients had spoiled; or asked specifically for an item prepared a certain way, and NOT receive it that way I requested.If you open your balcony door to enjoy the constant ocean breeze, feathered friends will consistently and persistently pay you visits.The hospitality was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were superb. For a hotel on the beach, there was never sand anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. They even wiped down the ceilings of my bathroom daily!”

“Lovely Hotel with amazing views. This is our third visit, each of two weeks. This time we brought our 14 yr old grandson who has virtually lived in the pool; because of his very fair skin, he has taken residency beneath the bridge to the hot tub, permanently in the shade. The sun shelters on the far side are our usual hiding place. Service from the poolside bar / cafe is excellent, everyone including the security staff are very friendly. The towel guy greets us every time we walk past and a couple of times has hinted at chess moves when we’re playing the oversized chess board adjacent. Service in the restaurant is very nice and personal. As a Hilton Diamond member, we did get an upgrade to an ocean view room, that also overlooks the pool. Highly recommended and we’ll be back.”
