My whole stay was absolutely perfect. This resort is so beautiful. Staff is so nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean & covid conscious which i appreciated a lot. Food was great in each restaurant & the coffee at Cuppa Cafe is delicious!!! I loved this vacation so much. Will definitely be back.

My daughter and I were here in May 2022. The beach view room/staff/food/price/location /cleanliness/pools/beach/photo ops were wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was happy to assist in any way they could. Special Thanks to Nicholas/Andre/Cory & Robert!! We fell in love with the history of the island by listening to the locals. Mad respect to these beautiful people and thank you for sharing your island with us!

Really loved our stay here at the beginning of the week. Unfortunately, it was ruined by a large group of people who essentially took over the resort. No space by the pool, no umbrellas and no beach chairs. The resort allowed them to stake their claim early in the morning, leaving it impossible for anyone else staying at the resort to enjoy their time. Wanted to love it, but had to leave the resort and pay extra for chairs and umbrellas that should have been accessible to begin with. Likely won’t be back.

Beautiful resort Our room was right in the middle where we could see the entire ocean and pool. Truly breathtaking! The staff was simply amazing. From the moment we got out of the cab, to the front desk and everywhere you saw a staff member they were so polite and friendly. As a New Yorker I was so appreciative of the cafe downstairs and the coffee was on point. All the staff members were we in contact with made sure we knew the go to places for food and entertainment. Our rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was I naturally was expecting a microwave in our room but was told it’s $25 per night. I would have rather had that added to the room from the beginning as I thought microwave was standard and not a luxury. Regardless I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return when in town. Oh did I mention there was live band at night👍🏾

A bit past it's best I'm afraid. The restaurant offerings are very standard stuff, even the BBQ chicken had a sauce which tasted factory made. Breakfast was the usual shameful buffet. On our last day only the poolside bar/restaurant was open in any case and our salad was missing the hazelnuts - at the prices they charged it was very disappointing, and everything comes with service charges. Sorry but it needs bringing up to date and a good look into the menus.

My BF and I just returned from a week at the Barbados Hilton. First of all, we were upgraded to a large room for his Diamond status which we really appreciated. Second, everyone working at the hotel, but especially the housekeeping staff are amazing. Very friendly and hardworking. I really appreciated the abundance of beach loungers and umbrellas. We didn't have to get up before sunrise to "claim a spot" which is much appreciated. The staff at the pool side bar are amazing. Remembered our drink orders everyday and always with a smile. The lunch menu was great and the food very tasty. The beach is a bit rough and on a windy day, would enter with caution. My only complaint was with the LIghthouse Restaurant. The staff was lovely but the food was overpriced, tasteless and not great options. I would definitely stay at this Hilton again, one of the best we've visited!

Friendly staff, Clean rooms, Great location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Stayed here for 11 nights in Nov 2021 and had great time. Some of the restaurants at the hotel was closed but they were due to open in Dec. You can find plenty of great places to eat nearby. Food was great, amazing cocktails at the beach bar. Specially the Rum punch 😁 Only disappointment was that I had to ask several times to get a late check out even they had plenty of rooms available. It was bit disappointing after staying for 11 nights in a premium room and being a Hilton Honors member. We would definitely come back next year.

Stunning location. Our room was lovely except the hot tap didn't work in the bathroom. Chap came very promptly but couldn't fix it. The coffee machine didn't work either but I haven't had a chance to tell them about it yet. There wasn't any shower gel but the cleaner in the corridor was happy to give me some.

The restaurant staff and servers are absolutely the best. Alana (Water's Edge) and Lisa (Lighthouse Terrace) are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I recommend that you request them. Adrian at the front desk was great. The rest of the Front Desk was not as warm which I'm accustomed to at a Caribbean Hilton Resort property. Swain the (Concierge\Bell Service) was, friendly and made great local dining recommendations. There are 2 sides of the beach that are absolutely Beautiful. One is a little wavy the other side slightly calmer. Rooms are nice but not luxury. Could use a little upgrading which I believe the Hotel is beginning. Rooms have great views of the beach and bay depending on which side of the hotel you are on. The only downside is that there are alot of fees bundled into your stay and Barbados imposes a VAT tax. I will definitely consider returning next year

The Hilton service was awesome starting with checking in, dinning along with room service and room accommodations. My room was great with a wonderful view of one of many beautiful Barbados' beaches. I did not want to leave. I had a short but wonderful stay. God willing, I will be back hoping for a longer stay.

Lovely Hotel with amazing views. This is our third visit, each of two weeks. This time we brought our 14 yr old grandson who has virtually lived in the pool; because of his very fair skin, he has taken residency beneath the bridge to the hot tub, permanently in the shade. The sun shelters on the far side are our usual hiding place. Service from the poolside bar / cafe is excellent, everyone including the security staff are very friendly. The towel guy greets us every time we walk past and a couple of times has hinted at chess moves when we’re playing the oversized chess board adjacent. Service in the restaurant is very nice and personal. As a Hilton Diamond member, we did get an upgrade to an ocean view room, that also overlooks the pool. Highly recommended and we’ll be back.

Barbados por si só é uma experiência fantástica. Mas o Hilton Barbados possui um excelente atendimento!Se tiver oportunidade, reserve um quarto com vista para o mar, a vista é maravilhosa, além de contar com uma praia particular, e outras opções de lazer.

I was there for business and this was an excellent place to stay. Super helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate the traveler. Rooms with excellent ocean views and a balcony. Very easy to access the beautiful beaches.

This was my experience here at the Hilton and it was my first time here. There was bit of a wait so we could check into our room since they relocated us. While waiting we saw a gigantic rat lurking around next to the pool by the lobby area. The location of the room was in the far lower-ish corner, so trees were blocking our view for any kind of romantic sunset (this was a surprise little vacation for my significant other). The balcony and chair which was there was very ashy and dirty so we couldn't even relax outside, the windows were also quite ashy. The pools had lots of things floating around and in them. Someone was smoking above or below us and the scent was coming through the bathroom with the toilet extremely strong. We weren't sure where it was coming from at first since all the windows and doors were closed. We ended up temporarily leaving the room to let it air out. The hotel attempted to remove 300$ (it was declined due to there possibly not being enough credit on that bank account) from my account a few days later after the stay was over when I was just to be credited around 50$. However they did call and let me know this happened. Apart from all of that the hotel is actually beautiful along with the amenities. The staff was very easy to interact with and the food and drinks were pretty good! But unfortunately I don't believe I would stay here again.

Great Hotel with an amazing view! First day there was a rainbow just outside our balcony. Infinity Pool is great for pics too. And I loved the touch of history located on-site.

I had to quarantine for a week. Shortly after being released from quarantine, the government imposed more lock-downs and extended curfews, so I spent quite a bit of time in this hotel.The hotel provided a list of online food ordering sites, one of which I used on Saturday 3/20 in the early evening. I was charged, and received a confirmation email, with a confirmed delivery date of 3/20. I called and emailed on the 21st and requested assistance from Hilton on the 22nd since they provided the contact. They basically said "call them back"... They finally agreed to call them for me.3/23, while in quarantine, the water was shut off. Without notice or warning. At the time of day in which I found out that I had no water, no less than 3 hotel employees had called my room for various reasons, and three had visited my room delivering various items. No one told me the water would be off. Water was off from 3p - 730p. Still no notice. Later I received a call at 750p that water had been restored. I later realized that I had a message indicator blinking on my phone - the messages were from the hotel informing me (after the fact) that the water had been shut off, then again that it was going to be off longer than expected, etc.Because I was there for so long during quarantine, it means that a LOT of my meals came from room service. The food was just OK, but I had at least four instances when I either wish I hadn't ordered what I did because it wasn't prepared well, or it was overly greasy; sent something back because it tasted like one or more of the ingredients had spoiled; or asked specifically for an item prepared a certain way, and NOT receive it that way I requested.If you open your balcony door to enjoy the constant ocean breeze, feathered friends will consistently and persistently pay you visits.The hospitality was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were superb. For a hotel on the beach, there was never sand anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. They even wiped down the ceilings of my bathroom daily!

Absolutely loved our time here. It's a beautiful resort. The staff were really friendly and we got to upgrade to a corner 1 bedroom suite. I booked the package through jet blue vacations so it was reasonably priced. We were able to snorkel with their equipment off the beach and saw turtles. The pool vibes were amazing. The resort has kayaks too that we used. And it's conveniently located so you can go into town or check out restaurants nearby. We had lots of fun and the waterfront view was amazing.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years, and every year gets better than the last.The property is immaculate, with a beachfront view on one side, and a breathtaking view of the harbor on the other.The beach and pool staff are very friendly and the service, food and drinks are amazing.We will continue to return to this amazing island, and this wonderful Hilton resort.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, desde el frente se ve la bahía con los cruceros a pocos kilómetros. Su playa no es grande, pero de arenas muy blancas y olas medianas, con suficiente espacio para las reposeras y sombrillas. Las piscinas están muy limpias, las reposeras lucen nuevas. El bar ofrece buenos tragos y comidas bien preparadas.

Hotel estilo Resort en el corazón de Barbados, las habitaciones mantienen el standard Hilton y posee una playa privada, dos piscinas, dos restaurantes y un bar. Estuve hospedado una semana y el staff fue amable , todo el servicio estuvo muy bien. Los restaurantes tienen muy poca variedad y en la noche sueles salir a buscar otras opciones. La comida dentro del hotel no es muy buena.
