“Overall, it was a reasonable experience. I will surely stay there again for the convenience to the meeting space and the staff is great and rooms comfy. However; it's gone down a star because of the changes that just make the wow factor down a bit from previous stays. IE: No manager's happy hour; minimized the breakfast options; room had a dirty towel in the bathroom drawer (could happen I guess); and the hotel's shuttle was not working so we had to pay for uber rather than get a complimentary ride to the office a mile away.”
