“A localização e as instalações eram ótimas. A equipe foi ótima no início, mas rapidamente se tornou indiferente. chegamos depois das 15h para descobrir que nosso quarto não estava pronto, mas eles poderiam trocar nosso quarto com outra pessoa que ainda não estava lá. Tudo bem, mas isso parece ainda não estar pronto. Porque encontramos uma escova cheia de cabelo sob o enfeite e um batom usado no sofá-cama. Também pagamos por uma cama king size, mas era queen. Eles também têm uma política sobre barulho alto depois das 11, mas não fazem nada a respeito. Eu tive que ligar várias vezes em várias noites sobre os quartos vizinhos fazendo barulho subindo e descendo o corredor quicando bolas 12 e 1 da manhã. Faça um favor a si mesmo, vá para outro lugar.”

“The location and the facilities were great. Staff were great at first but quickly became nonchalant. we arrived after 3 PM to find out our room was not ready but they could switch our room with someone else room that wasn’t there yet. Fine but this seems to not be quite ready yet either. Because we found a brush full of hair under the ornament and a used chapstick in the pull out couch. We also paid for a King Bed but it was queen . They also have a policy about loud noise after 11 but they don’t do anything about it. I had to call multiple times over multiple nights about the neighboring rooms making loud noise running up and down hallway bouncing balls 12 and 1 A.M. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.”
