“We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and Chris, the front desk manager, and the Four Seasons’ staff could not have made it a more special experience. Chris upgraded us to an Executive King suite with an amazing view of the city. Chicago sunsets are absolutely amazing when viewed from the 37th floor. The bedding was soft and high quality and the bed was extremely comfortable. They are very generous with their amenities as well and the smell of white tea and rosemary and mint also pervaded the hotel as well as continued the theme in their body washes and lotions. We are so happy with our stay. I wish we had kids to bring to this property because their children’s amenities seemed really amazing.”

“It was a very well run hotel and the staff looks like they enjoy working there. Every staff member we came across, had a smile and nothing was too much trouble, even the cleaners. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the food and service were excellent. We could ask for more from this Hotel! We will definitely be back!”
