Localização e boa, mas falta uma parceria com o estacionamento para quem vem de carro que poderia ser mais barato. O quarto que estamos é grande, mas as janelas precisam ser limpas, principalmente por for, por dão um aspecto estranho.

Bem localizado, depois das 23 horas a porta fechada do hotel tem que mostrarchave na porta e puxar várias vezes para abrir. Mais abre.....

A localização é muito boa, pode-se ir a pé, metro ou onibus para todos os lugares. A cama é boa, simpatia e presteza dos funcionários do hotel chamam a atenção (todos sao otimos). Mas o hotel é bem antigo...

Eu não recomendo! A lica loizacao é excelente em Downtown, fica próximo de tudo (inclusive do Millennium Park), mas esse não é o problema. O problema são os quartos! Tudo bem, o hotel é antigo e precisa de modernização, até aí tudo bem. O Real problema é o barulho ridículo que se ouve nos quartos devido aos canos por onde passa os fluxos do radiador de cada quarto. Parece um martelo batendo o dia inteiro. Fora que nao existe uma proteção acústica para bloquear o som do trem passando logo ao lado (The loop). Só consegui dormi depois de muito tempo e porque estava bem cansada, mas isso não pode existir.

The air conditioner didn't cool the room. The rooms were nasty and small. Lobby was fantastic and misleading. We walked in and thought we would get a fantastic room. The price was ridiculously high for the type of quality the rooms were. They were like staying in a slum. I only stayed because I had surgery the next morning. Front desk was extremely slow. Very disappointed and hope we can get the money back when we cancel the rest of the stay

Cuartos extremadamente básicos. La calefacción es un problema. Limpieza de la habitación? Nunca fueron a hacerla. El hotel en los pisos se ve viejo y en algunas partes sucio.

I chose this hotel based on location and price. It is quite an old building, and the rooms are dated. It served its purpose. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Love the restaurants on each side. Within walking distance to Millennium Park, and Field Museum. Never felt unsafe in the area.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Nice and classic hotel in downtown. Nice rooms and pretty warms. Good restaurant on first ground

Tiny, old, dirty rooms. Pipes creak all night inside the room and i saw roaches in all corners. Stayed on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of a dirty alleyway and some graffiti. The only positive things about my stay was the poor overworked receptionist who was doing her best to handle several customers and phone calls as the only staff member on a Friday night and the fact that the water was hot. Everything else about this hotel was the worst I've ever personally experienced even after staying in multiple motel chains.

Spent my birthday weekend here. Awesome location, affordable parking only feet away, rooms were a tad bit dated but that's totally fine, staff was friendly and attentive. Beautiful lobby!! Will definitely be back!!!

Stayed here for one night. The room is kind of tiny and lacks the vibe of a modern hotel in downtown Chicago. The proximity to most places low prices compared to others is what makes this place a worthy hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. If you want to roam out all day and just need a place to crash for the night, this is a good, cheap place. Suggestion for management: improve the length of curtains. A quarter of the window wasn't closed with the curtain.

Adequate if you only require the basics.Some things to note: 1. The rooms do not have microwaves or fridges. 2. There is no breakfast provided (although there are lots of eating options close by, including the attached Luna Cafe, which I would recommend). 3. There is no shuttle (at least when I visited in February 2022) 4. Like other reviews have mentioned, photos posted online are pretty misleading in terms of both appearance and upkeep. It's not terrible, but the property is definitely showing its age. 5. The "L" train goes right by the hotel, so it can be very loud at all hours. I was able to sleep using earplugs though. 6. It's not a roach motel, but it wasn't the cleanest place either. I found debris left by the previous occupant of my room. And there was dust on many surfaces. 7. There is a $50 deposit charged. I got mine back, but just be aware of it in case there are issues.Okay, so having said all those things, I don't regret staying here. One of the main upsides to this place is its location: It's within a half hour walking distance of the Museum Campus, the Willis Tower, Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile. And pretty much anywhere else can easily be reached using the CTA. Also, it's in a pretty safe area too, which is always a concern in Chicago.The hotel staff were pleasant enough to deal with, and helpful when I had questions. There is a paying parking lot across the street if you have a car (although I would recommend using the L over renting a car unless you plan to leave the city).So bottom line: this is a good place to lie down for the night and maybe take a quick shower if that's all you need. If you'd like more services, look elsewhere.

My room had to be changed because the bathroom was broken in the first one no tub stopper in the second one and the heater was loud and made a banging sound all night ..those rooms are in need of an upgrade desperately. No parking or breakfast... The bed was comfortable and once I fell asleep I did sleep well.

Not a bad place in a pinch... but the floor had a layer of dust on it, there was a bug in the window shade, a bug trap visible behind the bathroom sink. You can hear everything in the neighboring rooms, however it is affordable and these things happen. The service is good though. Very polite and helpful. The cafe next door is a must too.

TV didn't work, and some outlets in the room didn't work. The room was warm warm muggy and even when we tried to adjust the AC it would automatically shut off before the room got cool enough. Could have been cleaner but location was great. But front deck was rude 🙄

Muy buena atención por parte de los empleados, ascensores bastante rápidos y espaciosos. La habitación en la que estuve es bastante grande y limpia, con vista a la ciudad. Tiene wifi gratis y en la parte de abajo hay un restaurante y un cafe. Queda en el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de todo

Desde que llegamos fue una terrible experiencia hicimos un grupode amigas una reservación con meses de anticipación nada agradable el registro teníamos que checar a las 3 p.m. y nos dieron el cuarto hasta las 5:30 pm después de estar discutiendo con personal del hotel que no tenían los cuartos listos nos hicieron esperar horas mientras llegaban más personas y les ofrecian un cuarto doble me decían que no había pagamos por un cuarto doble y nos dieron un de una cama jamás llevaron toallas limpias estuvimos tres noches y 4 días es terrible en esa área de servicio al cliente no lo recomiendo porque te ofrecen un servicio y no existe los cuartos no son como las fotos jamás me dieron algo de cortesía por el error de no tener mi cuarto listo

No funcionaba el control de la television (no tenia pilas), ni la television (constantemente se iba la señal). No se podia regular la temperatura de la habitacion y ademas habia una fuga alado del radiador que provocaba un charco en la alfombra alado de la cama.
