“They never care of the customer. I dialed to room service to ask food and drink, woman in line told me we can serve in restarurant. So why you invested money for hotel? 0 service; 0 room quality… you are coming to hotel and see nothing, where is the customer service? “I really liked these rooms (small is the only way in Europe), they were modern, nicely decorated and their staff is well above standards in the US.They're breakfast buffett was 5-stars and the employees really treat you like roalty.The area around is ok, you can find a few things to do, places to eat and even a small museum I wish I could post a picture of.There are other hotels of the same chain right next door so I steeped out to the neighboring hotel for a drink, :)”
