Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Room was very clean, modern and comfy. No view as my room faced a brick wall, but it was nice and quiet.

This was by far a classy, exceptional customer service and perfect location for all of our needs downtown. Fernanda went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel when it came to choices.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIly. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Love the location, great staff and a really great cup of tomato bisque soup! Walking distance to restaurants and the Riverside area, well maintained and surprisingly quiet. The view was everything, definitely on my short list the next time I am in Chicago!

This is a great hotel in Chicago loop, it's a little off the main touristic area, but closer to the West area with many fancy restaurants. Rooms and service is great, you can cast your phone into your rooms TV, bringing your entertainment with you if on a trip. Breakfast options are ok, it's not the strongest point, but it's well resolved
