“As acomodações eram boas quando finalmente conseguimos um quarto, mas a gestão da nossa reserva era muito pobre. Chegamos sexta-feira à noite, descarregamos todas as nossas coisas e fomos informados de que o hotel havia sobrelotado e nós não tínhamos um quarto. Eles nos mandaram para outro hotel do outro lado da cidade. Éramos parte de um grupo, então perdemos o café da manhã com aquele grupo na manhã seguinte. O hotel para o qual fomos enviados não tinha café da manhã de cortesia. No dia seguinte, quando fomos tentar fazer o check-in novamente, ainda não havia espaço. Agora estávamos fazendo coisas conosco o dia todo. Não tínhamos onde trocar de roupa ou nos preparar entre as atividades. Nosso quarto só ficou disponível depois das 18h. Nenhum desconto ou compensação foi oferecido, mesmo quando solicitado. Liguei e deixei mensagens duas vezes com a gerência. Eles não retornaram minhas ligações.”
