“Front desk staff member, Sheldon, was very rude to several customers in line while waiting in a packed lobby, including my Mother and friend who were waiting to check-in. So rude that I walked up to him and he was NOT interested in checking me in, so I used digital check-in. Nice enough hotel but Sheldon was awful. Miss J. was very nice and came to the rescue after he refused to assist because he didn’t “know anything about” checking in people who booked through Expedia. Rooms are OK. Furnishings need a bit of TLC. Close to good restaurants and mall.”

Este fue el primer desayuno en hotel post COVID que se acercó a lo que solía ser un lugar común. Felicitaciones a ella.Negativos:El lugar está sucio y en mal estado. El baño era particularmente problemático. Sé que estos lugares son franquicias, pero ¿Hilton realiza algún control de calidad? Este lugar no ayuda a tu imagen Conrad. Ver las fotos.El gimnasio tenía múltiples máquinas no operativas.El encantador wifi me hizo reautorizar al menos una vez al día ocasionalmente más.Y estuve allí por 5 noches, SIN SERVICIO.
