“Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. On the first night, there was continuous noise until 1am. Part of that noise was the hotel staff loudly opening and closing doors up and down our hallway and running a vacuum cleaner which they also carelessly slammed into the door/wall outside our room. When we asked the staff member with vacuum to stop, he refused. Part of the noise was rowdy activity in the hallway, which the staff did nothing about despite multiple requests. Even later in the week, young people were running around and yelling in the hallways because there is no atmosphere of civility or control by the staff. It was very disruptive.
Our stay was also disappointing because basic amenities were broken, unavailable, or held at cost. For example, the convenient location next to the metro was spoiled because upon return, the door back into the hotel was locked and the card key access was not operational. We asked to use a microwave and were told that it would be a $10 extra charge – really? At the price we were spending – which did not even include any room cleaning – it is insulting to me that you’d try to milk even more money out of us for something that could have been set up and finished in 5 minutes.
Considering the hotel itself was responsible for these disappointing factors in our stay, I regret paying for the room and don't think it will be a good idea to return, even though I plan to return to Rockville many times in the future.”

“Nossa estadia no hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Na primeira noite, houve ruído contínuo até 1h. Parte desse barulho era a equipe do hotel abrindo e fechando as portas para cima e para baixo do nosso corredor e executando um aspirador de pó que eles também descuidadamente bateram na porta / parede do lado de fora do nosso quarto. Quando pedimos ao membro da equipe com vácuo para parar, ele recusou. Parte do barulho era atividade barulhenta no corredor, sobre a qual a equipe não fez nada, apesar de vários pedidos. Mesmo no final da semana, os jovens estavam correndo e gritando nos corredores porque não há atmosfera de civilidade ou controle por parte da equipe. Foi muito disruptivo. Nossa estadia também foi decepcionante porque as comodidades básicas estavam quebradas, indisponíveis ou mantidas pelo custo. Por exemplo, a localização conveniente ao lado do metrô foi prejudicada porque, ao retornar, a porta de volta ao hotel estava trancada e o acesso à chave do cartão não estava operacional. Pedimos para usar um microondas e fomos informados de que seria uma taxa extra de $ 10 – realmente? Pelo preço que estávamos gastando – que nem sequer incluiu a limpeza do quarto – é um insulto para mim que você tente ordenhar ainda mais dinheiro de nós por algo que poderia ter sido montado e concluído em 5 minutos.
