“Hotel decente. O lobby é realmente chamativo, infelizmente os quartos são bastante datados, e o meu tinha um cheiro estranho. O chuveiro tinha um pouco de mofo no chão e, claro, o quarto tinha um tapete velho no chão, como a maioria dos hotéis. Pelo menos os quartos eram grandes.O restaurante no local tinha uma seleção decente de alimentos e bebidas, eu tinha o salmão para o jantar e foi muito bom. Eu também tomei café da manhã no restaurante e eles não tinham o buffet montado, eu pedi parfait com granola e frutas e foi bom! A queixa principal era que eles cobravam por café e suco, e bastante, então todo o ingresso ficou bastante caro para um café da manhã realmente simples. O lounge executivo também estava fechado, o que foi um pouco chato.No geral foi uma estadia decente, definitivamente fiquei em hotéis piores.”

“Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. On the first night, there was continuous noise until 1am. Part of that noise was the hotel staff loudly opening and closing doors up and down our hallway and running a vacuum cleaner which they also carelessly slammed into the door/wall outside our room. When we asked the staff member with vacuum to stop, he refused. Part of the noise was rowdy activity in the hallway, which the staff did nothing about despite multiple requests. Even later in the week, young people were running around and yelling in the hallways because there is no atmosphere of civility or control by the staff. It was very disruptive.
Our stay was also disappointing because basic amenities were broken, unavailable, or held at cost. For example, the convenient location next to the metro was spoiled because upon return, the door back into the hotel was locked and the card key access was not operational. We asked to use a microwave and were told that it would be a $10 extra charge – really? At the price we were spending – which did not even include any room cleaning – it is insulting to me that you’d try to milk even more money out of us for something that could have been set up and finished in 5 minutes.
Considering the hotel itself was responsible for these disappointing factors in our stay, I regret paying for the room and don't think it will be a good idea to return, even though I plan to return to Rockville many times in the future.”
