It deserves its four stars. The room is incredibly wide. (a triple one). It looks like that there is a living room if it hosts just two guest. Two safes. A very big wardrobe. And the wc has a washing department an the bathing department. I have missed a toilet brush just to keep “the seat” clean after use.

A good hotel on a small village but still close to town. It's a very quiet area. The rooms were good and comfortable. There's outside parking spaces available in the property. The staff was friendly. Good price quality ratio 👌

Personal muy amable, nos dejaron salir a las 14:00 h en domingo. Un poco apartado del centro, de fácil acceso, aparcamiento gratuito, tranquilo. Habitación amplia, cama extra grande ¡ojo, se separan! secador potente en el baño, amenities de la cadena y buenas toallas. La situación del papel higiénico... Desayuno variado tanto dulce como salado, zumo natural y reponiendo a cada momento.

Insonorização péssima. Ouve-se tudo o que se passa no quarto ao lado e acaba por ser incomodativo a falta de privacidade que se vive num hotel de 4 estrelas. Limpeza no restante hotel fica muito a desejar. Migalhas no chão por todo o hotel e toalhas de mesa e de banho pouco limpas.

Relação qualidade preço excelente. Bom café da manhã e cama muito confortável. Muito bom para quem queira conhecer Ourense e venha com carro uma vez que é um pouco longe do centro. A insonorizaçãodeixa a desejar o que pode ser complicado se tivermos vizinhos barulhentos.

Limpo, tem um bom café da manhã, tem restautante para o jantar. Fica há 20 minutos das termas, não tem piscina aquecida e nem um brinquedinho pra crianças, mas voltaria se precisasse.

Servicio atento y amable. Habitación de buen tamaño. Nos ha tocado con una cama enorme y muy cómoda. Buena sensación de limpieza. Buena temperatura en la habitación, no nos hizo falta poner la calefacción. El baño con productos de aseo completo y aparentemente de calidad. El desayuno buffet que ha entrado con el precio de la habitación ha estado muy bien, y con zumo de naranja natural, (un detalle que algunos apreciamos).

Excelente trato de todo el personal. Quiero resaltar el chico asturiano de recepción, que es un gran profesional, muy atento y muy resolutivo. Además también a Carlota de la cafetería que también es muy buena profesional, muy atenta y muy amable.

Un aire de los años 80-70. Me recuerda mucho a la casa del resplandorinteriores y todo. Esa moqueta etc. Pero muy limpio, muy bonito, y un servicio genial. Las trabajadoras muy amables. Tanto cara a cara como por teléfono. El único defectillo es que no hay servicio de desayuno básico gratuito. Pero por pedir...

Nice Hotel, good Service, fine room

La habitación es espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, el hotel está muy bien y aunque es un poco antiguo es acogedor. La piscina genial. El desayuno no estaba mal aunque se echaba de menos más variedad de frutas y leche sin lactosa, entre otras cosas. El segundo día los huevos revueltos estaban fríos. El gimnasio es como no tener nada, cinta de correr fuera de servicio, pesas insuficientes y en mal estado. El segundo día a pesar de haber reservado el gimnasio le dieron la llave a otra persona, entendemos que es un despiste pero el resultado es que nos quedamos sin ir. Recomiendo el hotel ya que la relación calidad- precio es acorde.

To get to the hotel, you see signs on the road indicating that you are living the City of Oviedo and entering in the upper side area with different small towns, some industrial buildings and plenty of green areas. The hotel has a large pool located at the back and also a Gym, and this is my first visit to the hotel and neither have been open and looked abandoned. Parking is free and roofed and we have never been charged for it. This last time, I found reasons for not coming back ever. First, was the issue of making the reservation through the STAR TRAVEL tab at the official Eurostars website of which I am a member for the last years, I couldn't do it. and when trying to get my special rate upon arriving to the hotel lobby and after 45 minutes of cumbersome options I ended getting the same rate the girl at the front desk offered to any walk in guest. So my start traveler saving vanished. The price offered in the morning was cheaper by several euros. We got to room 135 in the first floor, on which most guests were staying (typically on-the-road salespeople or technical staff on the road, all of them in their 30's and travelling alone. The room has the standard simple but impeccable look of any Eurostars Hotel in the lower base price range with all the essential you expect in an Eurostars brand hotel. I missed having more comfortable pillows or a second set of the uncomfortable ones. Watching TV from bed was impossible, because the moment you sit on the bed with your back to the wall, the bed starts to slip, so I ended up disconnecting the laptop and taking it to the sofa lounge area in front of the front desk. On the real negative sides to report were the lack of cleanliness in the upper inside of the toilet, the accumulated dirt on the phone headset and receptacle and in the TV remote, (I have pictures to prove it that I plan to share with the Eurostars Headquarters shortly so they fix it. Now the REAL BAD part we have the bottles of water upon arrival and the all included breakfast buffet. Ever since COVID-19, Eurostars has had a difficult to follow standard breakfast buffet policy. The boxed breakfast advertised in their website (I GUESS) is reserved to the more luxurious locations. But the real problem is that we had stayed in the same hotel before the pandemic and the food and service is going down the hill. Their excellent self serve coffee machines were "out order", some of them exhibiting the internal parts to make sure you got the message. The one man show waiter was nowhere to be found when we arrived at 9:05. So we sat at a table for 4 that we found clean and set. We ordered two large coffees with lactose free milk that we have found in Eurostars, Madrid, Mexico (zona Rosa), Oviedo, Segovia and Palencia since January 2020 and we got a ""We don't have any" here. We always request fried eggs for breakfast but now we got "We don't have a cook at this hour" and we were invited to try the scrambled eggs -which are kept warm by means of an electronic device- the heating device had turned off and we found out were cold, we requested hot ones and after being offered a new batch, I saw the waiter re-heating the old one. So no eggs for breakfast. Upon returning home, I found out that I had left behind my laptop charger and reported it the same day. The lady at the reception told me to call her back the following night to find out if the charger was found. I disregarded that and called mid-morning and they mentioned that the cable was safely kept in their "lost and found" bin under my name but that they could not have it sent, and that I will have to make all arrangements to get it back. (we live 4 hours from the hotel.) A large number of ants found their way to the inside of a TOYOTA CH-R 2020, we ended bit in feet, arms and neck but nothing of major consequence. If you don't eat eggs, don't mind slipping beds, and are willing to bring your own pillow, this is the perfect hotel to stay in Orense. Spain

Quarto muito pequeno e com vista para o pátio interior

Great hotel. The low price is attractive due to the fact the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. But you are no more than 10 minutes by car to the center. If you arrive by public transport it may be more challenging and I would choose hotel in the center then. But I saw there is a bus stop nearby though. However breakfast could be a bit improved. There was some empty plates and it was never restocked during my breakfast. Also a tea pot for 4 star hotel would be highly appreciated.

Nice hotel, breakfast standard for this area. Biggest issue was no WiFi and no real answer to why or if it would ever be coming back on. Worth the 4km drive into town for food though

The breakfast was superb, with lots of quality products. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, although the window was a bit small. The hotel is 8 km from city center.

A good hotel near the industrial zone. Far away from the city centre. The restaurant and the bar were closed so I need to take my car to have the breakfast and the lunch. I do not recomend it.

Fantastic friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Very clean. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious including the bathroom. Very quiet for a big hotel - not noisy from roads or from the general hum of running a large building. Right on the Camino De Santiago (200m) and a great location to rest up before walking on. Loved our stay and will return on our next trip to Ourense.

We spent in the hotel one night and was perfect. The rooms are big, with mini bar, sofá and 2 big beds. Is a bit far from Ourense, 10 minutes by cat. We didn't try the breakfast because is too expensive.
