“My family and our dog stayed there for two nights. The staff was very welcoming and definitely brought the hotel to the next level.The root top view was really beautiful! Personally, it would be more amazing if the roof top pool was slightly heated. Due to the fact that it is newly opened, there are still some tiny details can be improved. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Thompson Madrid.The location of the hotel is convenient. You can basically get to anywhere popular in Madrid quickly!”
