“Great staff and very attentive. They were able to get us reservation with Botin on a short notice, they went even beyond that. Got us a reservation to a flamingo on the same day. Room was constantly cleaned and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Ham.”

“It was a very pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Fenix Overall due to extremely friendly services and staff. We booked a red level with a whirlpool in terrace, which cost approximately 600€ a night. When checking in the room, we were disappointed at the facilities and a small size of the room since it says 53sqm, which includes terrace. The bathroom had a tiny bath, which would be better to be a big modern shower rather a super tiny bath. The common bathroom on the ground floor is very outdated too. The highlight of staying at Fenix was the surprise goodbye gifts, which came with a bottle of wine and strawberries to our room. As said, due to amazing staff and services, it was very memorable. Another good point is the location, which is located very close to my favourite Jorge Juan street.”
