Honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. The prices were way too high for the services provided. The floors and carpets were all stained and disgusting and I got stuck in the elevator which made me miss my dinner reservation. When I went to tell the staff that I had finally gotten out of the elevator, they promised me they would reimburse me somehow. So when I went to check out, I thought the front desk would know to give me something as I got stuck in the elevator which remained out of order for the remainder of my stay. Instead, I waited at the front desk for a good 15 minutes before somebody half-heartedly checked me out even though the front desk sign said there would be a staff member on duty. The hotel never gave me anything for being stuck in the elevator and I will never stay in another Hampton Hotel again.

Stayed here for business then extended to pleasure. Hilton Diamond Client. First night room was aweful. AC leaking onto carpet. Breathing in mold. Requested new room for next 3 nights which was fine. Requested housekeeping but never received. Asked for new towels but never received. Breakfast was a disaster all mornings. Never any hot food available. The person was not ready for the breakfast crowd apparently. Was never able to get breakfast other than a bagel. No utensils. No eggs. No cream cheese. Stay multiple times a week at Hilton hotels but this was the worst breakfastever. Next time Marriott across the street.

The room was super Old. There was no safe in the room. The breakfast was good; you can find different options but no gluten-free friendly, almost no fruit, just apples. But you have all day tea and coffee, that was something nice. The staff was very friendly and the price for the last moment booking Was ok. Near sawgrass mall and some good restaurants. Booking said that they don't have parking, but they have parking for free.

The worst Hampton Inn. Do not stay here. THREE rooms they gave us had visibly dirty sheets. Makeup on pillow cases, hair in the bed. Very dirty floors. Whoever “cleaned” the rooms on this floor very obviously didn’t do their job. The fourth room we tried on a different floor had clean sheets so we took it since it was 11:30 pm and we had small children. The carpet was damp and sticky in spots. It was musty and smelled disgusting in the room. We were all coughing and sneezing all night. Now that we left, we’re all fine. Probably mold. There were crumbs and wet spots on the floor you could tell they didn’t even try to vacuum or clean up. The hallways were so hot. The whole hotel is dirty. The luggage cart was disgusting. There were stains and dirty spots all over the hallway floor and walls. It looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. When we checked in, the front desk worker was watching her phone- understandable since it was late and no one else was there.. but when I stood there waiting for her while she ignored me and continued to watch her phone- that was not okay. She seemed annoyed and rude at first when we asked for a new room.. after the third room she did change her tune and was much nicer. She said she tried to call her manager but they were not answering.Not surprised with the condition of this hotel that theres poor management. She apologized and said the only thing she could do was keep giving us new rooms to go inspect ourselves. I think she felt bad we had to lug our stuff around with our little kids. Over all it was a terrible experience. Definitely would not recommend staying at this hampton inn. O pior Hampton Inn. Não fique aqui. TRÊS quartos que eles nos deram tinham lençóis visivelmente sujos. Maquiagem nas fronhas, cabelo na cama. Pisos muito sujos. Quem "limpou" os quartos neste andar obviamente não fez o seu trabalho. O quarto quarto que experimentamos em um andar diferente tinha lençóis limpos, então o pegamos desde as 23h30 e tínhamos filhos pequenos. O tapete estava úmido e pegajoso em alguns pontos. Era mofado e cheirava nojento no quarto. Estávamos todos tossindo e espirrando a noite toda. Agora que saímos, estamos todos bem. Provavelmente mofo. Havia migalhas e manchas molhadas no chão que você poderia dizer que eles nem tentaram aspirar ou limpar. Os corredores eram tão quentes. Todo o hotel está sujo. O carrinho de bagagem era nojento. Havia manchas e manchas sujas por todo o chão e paredes do corredor. Parecia e cheirava como se não fosse limpo há anos. Quando fizemos o check-in, a funcionária da recepção estava vigiando seu telefone - compreensível, já que era tarde e não havia mais ninguém lá. . Ela parecia aborrecida e rude no início quando pedimos um novo quarto. Ela disse que tentou ligar para o gerente, mas eles não atenderam. Não estou surpreso com a condição deste hotel que há má gestão. Ela se desculpou e disse que a única coisa que podia fazer era continuar nos dando novos quartos para nos inspecionarmos. Acho que ela se sentiu mal por termos que carregar nossas coisas com nossos filhos pequenos. Acima de tudo, foi uma experiência terrível. Definitivamente não recomendaria ficar neste hotel de hampton.

Typical motel rooms, functional and reasonably comfy. Not very good on housekeeping. We only did 2 nights but they never did our room. Reasonably close 15-20 minutes to everything in the area.

Stayed here for a couple of nights prior to joining a cruise. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Included a breakfast element with the stay that was more than adequate.I would have liked to have seen more fruit in the selection but this is not a complaint. Location was perfect and had good shopping choice within walking distance and the same for restaurant selection.This is the third time staying here and definitely with choose this place again. hospedado aqui para algumas noites antes de aderir a um cruzeiro. Funcionários simpáticos e quartos limpos. Incluído um elemento de café da manhã com a estadia que foi mais do que suficiente. Eu teria gostado de ter visto mais frutas na seleção, mas isso não é uma reclamação. A localização era perfeita e tinha uma boa escolha de compras a uma curta distância e o mesmo para a seleção de restaurantes. Esta é a terceira vez que fico aqui e definitivamente escolhemos este lugar novamente.

El general el hotel está bien, pero el techo muestra que hubo alguna filtración de agua, porque se ve el material desprendiendose y estaba el control remoto de la TV equivocado y no era usable la televisión.

Buena ubicacion a metros del Broward Mall, en vecindario tranquilo. La habitacion estaba limpia y sin problemas, aunque las areas comunes precisan renovacion. El desayuno incluido y el parking gratuito son una ventaja.

Hotel is old. Bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy and too soft. Pillows were lumpy and so thin they offered no support. AC wasn't working well. Room temperature was just below 80, even hallway was cooler. This was one of the worst Hampton Inns I've stayed in.Staff was friendly but poor room quality couldn't be overcome. I would not recommend. Hotel é antigo. Cama era muito desconfortável. Carnudo e muito macio. Travesseiros eram irregulares e tão finos que não ofereciam apoio. AC não estava funcionando bem. A temperatura ambiente estava um pouco abaixo de 80, até o corredor estava mais frio. Este foi um dos piores Hampton Inns em que fiquei.A equipe foi amigável, mas a má qualidade do quarto não poderia ser superada. Eu não recomendaria.

The worst Hampton I ever stayed in my live. Highly do not recommend anybody to stay there. AC is the main issue. It does not cool, it produces humidity. As I was told all rooms are the same. I like Hampton, always stay in this hotel. But this particular hotel is a disaster. There is not way to fall asleep with this humidity I had. I wish the hotel would take action and improve its facility. The only advice I got from the front dest was to lower temperature to 60. O pior Hampton que já fiquei na minha vida. Altamente não recomendo a ninguém ficar lá. AC é o principal problema. Não esfria, produz umidade. Como me disseram, todos os quartos são iguais. Eu gosto de Hampton, sempre fico neste hotel. Mas este hotel em particular é um desastre. Não há como adormecer com essa umidade que eu tinha. Desejo que o hotel tome medidas e melhore suas instalações. O único conselho que recebi do front dest foi baixar a temperatura para 60.

El servicio inicial no fue bueno, cancelaron la reservacion sin previo aviso, ya luego de hablar con la manager (excelente servicio al cliente de parte de ella) les daría 5 estrellas.

La limpieza de las hab es de lo peor, los baños sucios y llenos de pelos, eltoilet con orina y pelos, no colocaron ni jabón de tocador. El personal del lobby es excelente muy buena atención, la comida explendida, gran variedad y cantidad. El lugar lo estaban remodelando y no lo dicen en la reserva.

Malo, reservamos y no, nos dejaron pasar porque según ellos la hora de check in era 2:00 y llegamos a las 2:30 porque nuestro vuelo tuvo un retraso pero es in responsable porque si ya ellos tienen nuestro dinero cuál es la razón para hacer eso, tuvimos que dormir en el carro malditos in responsable

Me entregaron una habitación sin realizar su limpieza. No habían toallas ni papel de baño. Encontré escoba y papeleras sobre la cama. Encontré toallas mojadas usadas en el piso del baño además del papel de baño usado regado sobre el piso. No se realizó limpieza ni sanitización de la habitación contra el COVID 19. Me expusieron a mí y a mi familia a un grave riesgo de bioseguridad. Completamente insatisfecho y el personal del hotel actuó mostrando su desprecio por la situación. Todo se reportó al encargado del Lobby en el momento y tan solo trajeron toallas para usar en ese baño asqueroso.

Esta fue la peor experiencia en cadena Hilton que he tenido. 1. El personal nunca trato de colaborar con los problemas reportados 2. Nunca hicieron la limpieza en 4 noches 3. Aunque en la pagina y en la reservacion ofrecen shuttle hacia y desde el aeropuerto esto no es cierto y tuve que pagar uber en ambos casos. 4. Fui explicito que ocupaba 3 camas en la reservacion. No quisieron poner otra cama y mi hija durmio en el piso 5. El personal sumamente grosero en el tratoJorge Ulate Costa RIca

Mucho descuido en cuanto a la limpieza de baños y áreas comunes, no hay interlocutores en español. Desayuno deficiente si se considera el costo y renombre del hotel. No brindan servicio al aeropuerto a pesar de que si lo ofrecen en la pagina. Las maquinas dispensadoras de refrescos toman el dinero pero no entregan el producto. Pese a las quejas ante los administradores no tomaron correctivos. Mala forma de reactivar la economía, mala atención si se considera que somos los latinos quienes mayormente viajamos actualmente. El sector es estratégico pero buscaría otras opciones en los alrededores; que si las hay.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. Average at best but a good location for family. This visit will be our last. Filthy does not describe the hallways and room. Had to beg for fresh towels...
