“A new hotel. Although it is a Business hotel, I did it more to vacation with my family. The truth is that the detail that caught my attention is that it was Pet friendly and I had not found another Hotel in Nuevo Vallarta with availability for that time. The arrival is not difficult since it is at the foot of the road and they have covered parking. From the parking lobby there is air conditioning and throughout the hotel except the terraces, it is true that they are building to one side but it seems to me that it was not bothersome. We had a problem when we arrived because they had assigned us a room with a queen bed and then they wanted to change us to a double (two single beds) because those were the ones assigned for pets but since I was with my partner, it was not good for me to be sleeping separated, and after a while of talking with them in the end they told us to stay in that room. I must say that this caused a bad first impression, the following days there were some inconveniences the chambermaids did not supply something every day and it was annoying since almost every day we spent it on the beach and when we returned (6pm) we found that there was no shampoo, towels or another detail and when we let them know they told us that we had to wait for the next day for them to fill it, the truth was very uncomfortable. A detail in the room is that they DO NOT offer bathrobes or slippers or bath sandals so that they can wear their own. From then on the room is very small but excellently distributed, a modern design. The staff had their bitter moments and other good ones. Except I highlight 3 people Daniel, Paty and Charlie or Carlos from the kitchen They three treated us very well, The security guards were also very kind and cordial. The stay included buffet breakfast, get up early because it closes at 10:00 AM, although on weekends they extend it 30 minutes. I also recommend asking what days they have a day pass or women's promo since those days they extend breakfast until 12. It is not very assorted, breakfast is very simple and only changes one stew every day, the rest are eggs, chilaquiles and beans. for dessert it is not varied either and I must say that they lack seasoning. They do not offer a la carte lunch or dinner, also take that into account although you can order from apps, there is only 24-hour coffee for free. that serves when you want to spend a little time on the terrace and enjoy a book or a dessert. The pool is very good, it is small but it has a controlled climate, tables and bathrooms, all in excellent condition. Very clean except for the people who get in like this sweaty and with clothes I think they lack more control there.”

“Um novo hotel. Embora seja um hotel de negócios, fiz mais para férias com minha família. A verdade é que o detalhe que me chamou a atenção é que era Pet friendly e eu não tinha encontrado outro Hotel em Nuevo Vallarta com disponibilidade para aquela época. A chegada não é difícil, pois fica ao pé da estrada e eles têm estacionamento coberto. A partir do átrio do estacionamento há ar condicionado e em todo o hotel excepto nos terraços, é verdade que estão a construir para um lado mas parece-me que não foi incómodo. Tivemos um problema quando chegamos porque eles nos designaram um quarto com uma cama queen e depois queriam nos mudar para um casal (duas camas de solteiro) porque esses eram os designados para animais de estimação, mas como eu estava com meu parceiro, não era bom para mim estar dormindo separado, e depois de um tempo conversando com eles no final eles nos disseram para ficarmos naquele quarto. Devo dizer que isso causou uma primeira impressão ruim, nos dias seguintes houve alguns inconvenientes as camareiras não forneceram algo todos os dias e foi irritante já que quase todos os dias passávamos na praia e quando voltamos (18h) descobrimos que não havia xampu, toalhas ou outro detalhe e quando os avisamos, eles nos disseram que tínhamos que esperar o dia seguinte para que eles o enchessem, a verdade era muito desconfortável. Um detalhe no quarto é que eles NÃO oferecem roupões de banho ou chinelos ou sandálias de banho para que possam usar os seus próprios. A partir de então a sala é muito pequena mas excelentemente distribuída, um design moderno. O pessoal teve seus momentos amargos e outros bons. Exceto que destaco 3 pessoas Daniel, Paty e Charlie ou Carlos da cozinha Os três nos trataram muito bem, Os seguranças também foram muito gentis e cordiais. A estadia inclui pequeno-almoço buffet, levante-se cedo porque fecha às 10:00, embora nos fins de semana eles se estendam 30 minutos. Eu também recomendo perguntar em que dias eles têm um passe diário ou promo feminina, pois nesses dias eles estendem o café da manhã até as 12. Não é muito variado, o café da manhã é muito simples e só muda um ensopado todos os dias, o resto são ovos, chilaquiles e feijão. para a sobremesa também não é variado e devo dizer que falta tempero. Eles não oferecem almoço ou jantar à la carte, também leve isso em consideração, embora você possa pedir pelos aplicativos, há apenas café 24 horas de graça. que serve quando se quer passar um tempinho na esplanada e saborear um livro ou uma sobremesa. A piscina é muito boa, é pequena mas tem clima controlado, mesas e banheiros, todos em excelente estado de conservação. Muito limpo, exceto pelas pessoas que entram assim suadas e com roupas acho que falta mais controle lá.”
