Overall, one of best values in Waikiki. What we enjoyed most about it is that it is on tip of the Waikiki scene but out of it also. If you are driving a car, it is easy to get in and out with the the valet service. Staff is friendly. Definitely not a resort like others as 2 blocks from beach but still real close. Starbucks, stores , and restaurants including the deck on third floor all close. Would stay again. Picture is view from room balcony.

Beware of the ocean view with balcony. Paid for a ocean view balcony and what I got was diamond head view with balcony. I had to lean over the balcony to get a decent view of the ocean. I asked if they gave me the wrong room and they said that was the ocean view(in my opinion it is not). Not what was shown on their website. Other than that the hotel is okay, but I definitely do not recommend the ocean view balcony since you might get screwed over too.

Had a great experience at the Queen Kapi'olani! The staff was excellent, especially the valet service staff. I would definitely recommend this place. I would advise anyone staying here to keep in mind that this seems to be a very old building that has been refurbished/renovated so it will not compare 1 to 1 with brand new establishments.

샤워기헤드 줄이 없어서 씼기가 너무 힘듭니다. 리조트피를 너무 많이 받고, 냉장고엔 물도 없고..발렛파킹비도 너무 비쌈. 하와이 모든 호텔이 리조트피 체크아웃할때 받는다고 절대 얘기 먼저 안해줌. 최소 호텔비에 13만원이상 더 붙는다. 아고라 익스피디어 이런데 나온 호텔숙박비보고 덜컥 결제하면 피봅니다.

Great experience here. Had a great view of Diamond Head. The only tiny inconvenience we had was that there was no coffee machine in the room. Luckily there was a Starbucks close by and even a coffee place on the lobby floor. We never went there though because if we are going to pay we prefer Starbucks.The gym was open and the pool which was refreshing since most hotels have that stuff closed due to COVID or very limited. We did not try the restaurant as we did not like the setting or the vibe. They also did room cleaning when needed unlike a lot of hotels that we’ve stayed at during our trip.The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Valet service was excellent and quick despite them being busy. Towels and beach chairs available as well as an ice machine.

Os funcionários foram todos muito gentis e prestativos, mas o quarto em si não era como nenhum quarto de hotel que eu já vi. Parecia uma espécie de armário de vassouras como a nossa cama, sofá e mesa / geladeira, todos contra a mesma parede. O banheiro não estava bem limpo com o gloss de um hóspede anterior espalhado ao longo da porta. Excelente vista do oceano!

Great location and great price! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is pricey and not worth it UNLESS you get their french toast, that was well worth it. The rooms themselves are outdated and could definitely use a touch up. No coffee pot in room and no ice machine on our floor, we had to go to the lobby each time for water refill. Parking is very limited, with a rate of $45 a day, but we just ended up parking at the zoo across the street as that was just more convenient.The hotel also has a limited supply of beach chairs, but if you get there early enough, you can snag some before you head to the beach! The pool has a great view but it's small and usually packed with kids. Other than those little things, it was a great experience!

Not happy at all. We paid for full beach view room with king bed , what we got was partial beach view, queen bed. Basically we got charged extra for nothing. And I’m the middle of night around 4 am they turn on the fire alarm asking everyone to leave their rooms immediately and when we got down they said they were just testing the alarms !!!!!!!! Like are you kidding me !!!! It’s 4 clock in the morning and you decided to test the alarms!!!!!!! I do not recommend this place . Save your money

The staff were all really kind and helpful but the room itself was not like any hotel room I’ve seen. It seemed kind of broom closet like with our bed, settee and desk/fridge all against the same wall. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned with a previous guest’s lipgloss smeared along the door. Great view of the ocean though!

Muy mal hotel…Ya que no cuentan con ESTACIONAMIENTO. Solo con Vele Parking y el pago son $45 que también llega a su capacidad. Si no quieres pagar Vale Parking tienes que estacionar en estacionamiento público y renovar el ticket cada 4 horas y regresar caminando entre la gente sin hogar que vive en la calle. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO LO RECOMIENDO

Manobrista, Bell e recepção foram acolhedores. Útil em coisas a fazer. A única reclamação foi nenhum pote de café no quarto. Tirando isso, os quartos eram limpos - o quarto não era grande, mas tudo bem. Precisávamos de um lugar para dormir e nos limpar. Isso foi perfeito. Nós ficamos com vista DH. Muito lindo!

Valet, Bell, and front desk were accommodating. Helpful on things to do. Only complaint was no coffee pot in room. Other than that rooms were clean-room wasn’t big but that’s okay. We needed somewhere to sleep and clean up. This was perfect. We stayed with DH view. Very beautiful!

Reservei este resort por um preço excelente em ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ Adoro este resort e estou extremamente grato por ter ficado no meu hotel favorito mais barato do que o que geralmente gasto.As vistas são excelentes das suítes de canto do último andar! Um de cada tipo. As suítes foram totalmente reformadas e estão totalmente em dia. E embora sejam completamente modernas, as suítes são decoradas no estilo da era dourada dos dias de resort de Waikiki.

Awesome! Can't wait to return! Booked this resort for a excellent price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and I'm extremely thankful I stayed at my favorite hotel cheaper than what I generally spend.The views are outstanding from the top floor corner suites! One of a kind. The suites have been completely refurbished, and are totally up to date. And while completely modern the suites are furnished in they style of the golden era of Waikiki's resort days.

Cuando vas a Hawaii no tienes que buscar una habitación gigante ni demasiadas comodidades, ya que te pasas el día fuera del hotel disfrutando de las playas y las cientos de excursiones que hay por la isla. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a tan solo unos metros de la avenida de Waikiki, con parking y con una atención muy amable, y las vistas espectaculares, nosotros cogimos la habitación que daba al Diamond Head. Un hotel muy recomendable para descansar y disfrutar de la isla. Aloha

Fui por una fiesta de Navidad por el trabajo. Rentamos un salón y incluido cena. La comida fue muy buena. También fue un bar con una piscina cercas. Tiene una vista de Diamond Head también.
