“La estancia perfecta en Madrid, el personal es muy eficiente y amable, la habitacion en la esquina muy espaciosa y limpia, baño amplio muy ventilado, con ducha y bidet. Y muy tranquilo para dormir bien. Con ganas de volver!!”

“We where coming from a long flight and the receptionist was kind enough to let us occupy the room early in the morning. However, our stay was supposed to be four nights now, and 6 more later in the month. We have stayed at different NH hotels in Spain. Never, ever, we have seen so much decay, dirt, discomfort as with this hotel. We pay for the one night and rushed out in less than 30 minutes. You do not deserve the one star. Beds are horrible.”
