“El aire acondicionado no funciona. Lo reporte con el personal y mencionan que no se puede hacer nada, porque el aire es general y la persona encargada determina los grados. De igual forma justifican que si tu cuarto es mas grande por eso no enfría. Es la primera vez que me dan esa respuesta en un hotel se supone de 4 estrellas.”

“Never a 4 star hotel.
Room was old, blinds in our room didn't work on arrival.
The shower didn't turn on.
The walls are really thin, you can hear next door with ease.
Terrace is great and the staff are decent.
Wouldn't stay again”
