5-star everything at this world-class resort. Gorgeous, spacious rooms. Delicious food. Beautiful pools & beach. What really sets this property apart though is the service - the staff-to-guest ratio is unlike anything I’ve seen before. At any moment, there were always a couple staff members nearby, anticipating our every need. Make sure to check out the speakeasy. If you plan to eat all of your meals at the hotel, ask about the “Meal Plan”. For lunch, prices vary a bit between pool menus - Oasis Pool was the best value. Oasis Pool’s small lazy River was especially fun and there’s a surprise whirlpool inside of it. For dinner, Arbol restaurant was even better and more beautiful than expected, especially with its Valentine’s Day decorations.z

The entire resort and experience was absolutely amazing. All employees, even ones not assigned to our room made us feel at home and like family. The attention to detail even on New Year’s Eve when my wife put something on her plate that had pineapple in it and someone we’ve never seen before immediately came over to her and said “this has pineapple you are allergic to this, I will get you a new plate made up”. The party on New Year’s Eve was an experience like nothing else. It was the best New Year’s Eve party we have ever been to. Thank you so much for taking care of my wife when she wasn’t feeling well and all the amazing surprises in our room. Every meal was 5 stars. And the recommendations on all the food were perfect. The afternoon tequila tasting was amazing. Receiving a mini masterclass from the team there.

If you are looking for a romantic get away with views unlike any other this is the resort for you. My husband and I have had the most relaxing time, no detail is left unattended, the bedding/ bed is just like home, the spa is top tier and the service is the best we have ever had. Our butler Lizbeth was so attentive and kind, she made our stay effortlessly easy. It’s worth the splurge for this amazing resort.

Truly a 5 stars experience. The resort is beautiful and the grounds are impeccably kept. We absolutely loved that people went out of their way to make our 10 months old daughter smile, including a pillow with her name, balloons, plush toy etc, but more importantly every single staff showing that they cared. On that note, the service was superb and faultless - warm people just wanting to make sure you are happy and having an amazing stay. All of our requests were fulfilled promptly and courteously. The food, cocktails and restaurants are excellent. The Rosalia show at the speakeasy was top notch. The fireworks show our last night was the cherry on top of an unforgettable vacation.

Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. The service at the hotel was by far the best we have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly attentive, often anticipating your needs in advance. We visited all of the restaurants during our stay and every meal was excellent. The attendents at the pool were terrific. If you tried to make even a small adjustment to your chair, they immediately came running over to help. Again, everything about our trip was excellent. Will definitely be back.
