“Bathroom and shower were left dirty. Room was the size of a Super 8 motel. We got the largest room with a king bed. The heating and cooling basically didn't work. There was one cup for coffee with no stirrers. Tissues were stuck in a non removable dispenser and got clogged in the tiny hole after four or five uses. I was also told I could pay cash over the phone and when I got there I was told I could not. Nowhere near worth the 118 dollars.”

“My wife and I have been homeless lately due to horrible landlords and high deposits for apartments. This place has been earthly salvation for us. Very homey vibes, extremely nice and hospitable employees. Coffee all day every day is a huge plus while we wait for housing. Thank you for helping us out and being friendly”
