“Excelente ubicación,The Caven,a la vuelta del hotel, hermoso edificio remodelado y ambientado con la temática Beatle, además de descubrir la ciudad llena de vida y música”

“Es un 4* justito, lástima, porque escogimos este hotel pensando que era el mejor. Mis padres fueron 2 noches y no les hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, lo reclamaron y al final la hicieron a las 17'00hr y muy por encima. Había un grifo del lavabo que chorreaba al abrir el agua, y dejaba todo mojado, sin poder dejar el neceser encima, se informó al hotel pero no vinieron a arreglarlo. Por dos días que estaban no reclamaron más, dejando una toalla encima para que vaya empapando. En recepción no fueron muy amables, no hablaban español, justo la chica que sí hablaba estaba de vacaciones o de día libres. Eso sí, en la cafetería tenían música en vivo y estuvo genial. Tienen que cuidar más al turista, se va a Liverpool y a este hotel con mucha ilusión, y sales un poco despagado.”
