“The staff here is amazing! Super kind, attentive, and fun to talk to. We had a warm welcome and casual conversation followed by a delicious welcome cocktail. The showers here were glorious, it’s now my new life goal to own this shower in my home. Rooms are a bit small but this is pretty standard here anyways. Beds were cozy. Breakfast was fantastic! There’s tons of little restaurants and a 7/11 just across the streets which is really everything you could need.”

“I loved my 6 day stay here. As a Titanium member I appreciated the daily $10 food credit and an upgrade to an upper floor room. The location is very convenient - very close to the JR station and a 2 stop from Tokyo. The gym is well equipped and there’s a laundry option. The staff were incredibly friendly. I had left my jacket in the restaurant and it was carefully stashed for me. The food options are decent (there is a veg option). You’ve got to appreciate the house cleaning compared to US Marriotts. The shower is amazing, the bed comfortable, and of course the techy Japanese toilet. Ultimately, this is a good value for the price point. Will certainly consider for a future stay.”
