“The staff was amazing! I ordered food from the market & was charged for the most expensive water & not what I ordered or what I got. They forgot my chips. I was told that there was a $5 delivery charge which I was aware of, but then I was charged an additional $5 for a tip!”

Was traveling for for business during this pandemic. This hotel was very clean, and observed all mandated safety precautions. Because of the pandemic, none of the restaurants were open, and housekeeping staff was limited. Hotel location was awesome.

The hotel is beautiful, well-appointed, the rooms are nice, and the location is excellent. I didn't appreciate the dismissive front dest clerk. I told him my room wasnt cleaned adequately, having spotted french fries on the floor and a gum rapper and he blamed it on me, saying the room wasnt adequately cleaned because I checked in early.

location was perfect. We were there for the Bears game and could walk to the stadium. Nice bars close too. Room as clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. nope.

Staff was super friendly, room was spotless, the view was great! The A/C didn't work the first night, but maintenance came to the room within 15 minutes of calling the desk (at 2am) and had it cooling the room 20 minutes later.

Very clean and new We were told at both booking we could pick our room (we choose king bed) we were told at check in there were no king rooms available and we would get a city view instead with two beds. City view was a crap view of air conditioners on roof top!

I enjoyed the Market Cafe and the quick, easy check-in process. There was considerable noise outside at night. Sounded like a railroad crossing signal bell. Bus stop right out front for the 3 bus that went right down Michigan ave. Quiet area. Not much in walk-able distance, had to take public transportation.

The view from my room. At arrival I was told my room was no longer available. The staff did not care to provide any type of explanation whatsoever. They basically told me that I needed to find another hotel for 2 out of the 3 nights in my reservation. First and last time here.

Amazing hospitality! Our group stayed here for the BTS concert. We got into town early and was allowed to check in early. Friendly service. They surprised us with a BTS back drop in the lobby and also had BTS's picture on the big screen! Parking was kind of expensive, but so was everywhere else in that area. $36 from Check in til 8pm the next day. Secured parking garage. Felt safe!
