O próprio hotel era muito bom. A equipe é profissional e acolhedora. Nosso quarto era limpo e confortável cama. No entanto, eles afirmam ter um bar, mas na verdade era apenas uma estação de distribuição onde uma garrafa de cerveja nacional custava US $ 6,50. Quem se hospeda por lá deve estar atento ao bairro, pois fica perto da universidade, tem ruas estreitas e o estacionamento é difícil e caro.

El hotel en sí era muy bonito. El personal es profesional y servicial. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. Sin embargo, afirman tener un bar, pero en realidad solo era una estación de dispensación donde una botella de cerveza nacional costaba $ 6.50. Cualquiera que se quede allí debe conocer el vecindario, ya que está cerca de la universidad, tiene calles estrechas y el estacionamiento es difícil y costoso.

The hotel itself was very nice. Staff is professional and accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, they claim to have a bar, but that was really only a dispensing station where a bottle of domestic beer was $6.50. Anyone staying there should be aware of the neighborhood as it is near the university, has narrow streets and parking is difficult and expensive.

Estava lá para uma reunião. Então, eu não vi os quartos. Mas a sala de conferências era boa. A piscina está fechada. E, o centro de fitness é muito pequeno. O lobby é muito limpo, limpo e bonito. A equipe é de primeira qualidade !!! Parece um bom lugar para ficar ao visitar Chicago e Hyde Park com um orçamento. Muitas opções de refeições. E talvez haja um pouco de jazz no Promontory, do outro lado da rua. O hotel fica a poucos passos do Museu da Ciência e Indústria.

Bad customer service. Tried to change credit card charges for a recent stay on July 4. Have called over 20 times. No returned call from manager or sales. Does anyone work during business hours? I tried to call corporate office who says everything needs to go through the hotel. Unfortunate....

Was there for a meeting. So, I didn't see the rooms. But the conference room was nice. The pool is closed. And, the fitness center is very small. The lobby is very clean, neat and beautiful. The staff is top notch!!! Seems like a nice place to stay when visiting Chicago and Hyde Park on a budget. Lots of dining choices. And, there maybe a little jazz at Promontory across the street. Hotel is in walking distance of the Museum of Science & Industry.

Tiremos o chapéu para o Sr. Johnson! Para a nossa primeira estadia no Hyde Park Chicago, não ficamos desapontados. Não estávamos prontos para a situação de estacionamento, mas passamos por isso porque estacionar em qualquer centro da cidade é. Louco hoje em dia. O nosso quarto era imaculado, limpo, elevador lobby limpo, área do lobby equipe limpa foi muito confortável. Tivemos um problema com um quarto beligerante bêbado ao lado e eles cuidaram disso. As camas eram confortáveis, a área de trabalho no quarto era muito adequada, eles tinham JO fresco e suco de maçã com café-da-manhã continental apenas o suficiente. Foi uma ótima estadia e pude expressar minha satisfação ao Sr. JOHNSON

¡Felicitaciones al Sr. Johnson! Para nuestra primera estancia en Hyde Park Chicago, no nos decepcionó en absoluto. No estábamos listos para la situación del estacionamiento, pero lo superamos porque, el estacionamiento en cualquier centro de la ciudad sí lo está. Locos estos días. Nuestra habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, ascensor, limpio, el personal de la zona del vestíbulo estaba limpio y era muy servicial. Tuvimos un problema con una habitación beligerante borracha al lado y se encargaron de ello. Las camas eran cómodas, el área de trabajo en la habitación era muy adecuada, tenían zumo de naranja fresco y jugo de manzana con suficiente desayuno continental. Fue una gran estadía y pude expresar mi satisfacción al Sr. JOHNSON

Hat off to Mr Johnson! For our first stay in Hyde Park Chicago, we were no disappointed whatsoever. We wasn't ready for the parking situation but, we got through it because, parking in any downtown city is. Crazy these days. Our room was pristine clean, elevator 🛗 clean, lobby area clean staff was very accommodating. We had a problem with a drunk belligerent room next door and they took care of it. The beds 🛌were comfortable the work area in the room was very adequate they had fresh OJ and apple juice with just enough continental breakfast. It was a great stay and I was able to express my satisfaction to Mr. JOHNSON
