“Every double tree we have visited has been amazing and this one doesn't disappoint. Staff is great and smart. Everything is clean and dated. The only thing to improve would be to change the double bed rooms to 2 queen sized beds.
I had to bring it down 2 stars because the front desk rep who I reserved it with promised one rate for the entire stay however the rate doubled after the first day and we didn't know until we checked out”

“We asked for a handicapped accessible room. What a joke. Having a roll in shower does nothing when the wheelchair can’t fit through the doorways. No way to get in front of the length mirror. No wheelchair turn space. There was nothing accessible about this room. Oh, not to mention the automatic doors at the entrance were broken and no one offered to help with the manual doors. Guests with disabilities shouldn’t have to struggle during their stay. Do better Doubletree.”
