“Te ofrecen desayuno pero apenas si te quieren servir te dan un platito de pastel. El menú siempre es el mismo. Huevo frijoles y "chilaquiles"Y loschilaquiles pocas veces le ponen queso y crema porque nunca tienen.Eldesayunador sucio nadie limpia. Mal servicio, mala actitud.”

“The beds are uncomfortable, 2 bad pillows and no closet or drawers. You should hang your clothes next to the 📺 TV. My husband and me made the reservation for 2 nights and 3 days on Expedia. When we arrived the receptionist didn't have our reservation. Then, she sent us to a room with the most uncomfortable bedroom. We complained and she sent us to a 2 bedroom room with a horrible uncomfortable bedrooms. We used to stay in this hotel during 2015 and 2018 and they had more pillows and comfortable beds but not anymore. The breakfast was delicious, even when is the same food they change the cooks and now is disgusting. We won't return to City Express Mexicali.”
