Beautiful and recently updated. The room is spacious and modern. I love that rack for hanging clothes, it has multiple hooks for hanging purses & toiletry bags. The bathroom is clean and I love that the shower curtain is on a track instead of a rod, the curtain actually stays closed. Beds are comfortable and the shades for the window completely block all light. We would gladly stay here again!

Stopped by here for a drink & the new bar is modern. Hotel is a step-up from what it was before. Great addition to Bethesda.

Just save yourself now and go to another hotel. -If you call beforehand to note anything on your account like special accommodations, they won’t note it. You’ll just have to tell them the day of. -There is no one to help you with your bags. (not helpful if you’re pregnant) if you’re lucky, there will be a cart to help. -You park in a garage, take an elevator, THEN check in.- -The elevator to the lobby isn’t clearly labeled. -The front desk staff is rude. -They give you jelly beans when you check in, sounds great, but not great when there’s no ingredient list and you have allergies. -Make sure your lock on your room door works. Mine didn’t. First thing after getting there, I had to call the front desk to get them to send someone. Lovely. -The same guy who helped with the door lock (“engineer” they called him) helped me with the TV (which I didn’t get an upgraded TV, even though they gave me the remote for it. No Netflix for me!) -The lighting in the room is terrible too! There’s no light by the full length mirror! The most important area! -The head board on the bed hits the wall behind it! It wasn’t fixed to the wall! I actually had to put a pillow between the mattress and the headboard so it would stop jiggling back and forth. -The elevators in the hotel are terrible too! They are so jittery you feel like you’re going to fall from floor 14 to the bottom! -You can’t change the brightness on the TV. -Also, I kept hearing what sounded like someone opening my door every half hour. It was beyond creepy! -Also, there’s no labeling on your food at your restaurant/ Leo and Go.. we live in an allergen filled world, this should have been thought of. -And why is there a dead bee made into a mural on the wall? Disgusting. -When I went to leave after checking out, I put my ticket in and the gate wouldn’t open to let me out of the garage. -There were hot water problems the entire time. -And to insult you even more, they put out two water bottles… FREE to Hilton honors members, $3 for all others. I find this very tacky and unhospitable. -And where is the pool? I have no clue. Not that it was usable during my stay in November, but there is apparently a pool. - oh, and CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. 7 pm after my check out at 7 AM, they charged me $3. I called to inquire. They said it was for the water. I never drank the water! Very sneaky!!!

Our room was spotless ! Beds were very comfortable. Awesome linen and comforter. Good programming on free tv.The only con for us no vending machine or anywhere in house for snacks plenty of choices 1-3 blocks either dirction.Resturant is geared for adults very loud at happy hour.Tons of food choices close or delivery.Huge improvements. This must be said tall girl long hair didn't catch her name very knowable about everything needed gave good advise and direction she works early evening she goes above and beyond every client to make every client feel comfortable. She needs a huge raise and promotion she is the gem of this hotel.The older gentleman that also working with her is gruff and hard understand took him 25 minutes to get laundry power and dryer sheet and get change for a twenty then told me credit card was going to be charged 20.00 each for washer and dryer then money would be refunded.Couldnt answers questions just kept saying I dont know! He didn't try to find out most frustrating he shouldn't be on front desk.

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but upon arriving to the hotel and checking in I was unpleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very nice. One of my favorite parts was the jelly beans they gave when we checked in. They provided details about the breakfast hours, dinner and bar hours. The lady noticed our wattle bottles and mentioned their are water stations throughout the hotel. My only complaint is the $25 parking fee. When we came back from dinner the garage was full and had to park at a garage nearby. The garage we had to park at was free on the weekends. If I would've known that I would've parked there first, avoiding the $25 fee. If there's a charge for parking there should be enough spaces for all the guests. The bathrooms could have been bigger. Soon as you open the bathroom door theres the toilet and behind the door (when it's open) is the shower.

The guest rooms are newly renovated and nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The construction in the lobby was still ongoing a couple of weeks ago, but it was not much of a problem to myself. Less than 10 minutes of walk to the Bethesda Metro station, so it is convenient to go to the major attractions in DC.

Perfect weekend, perfect hotel! Reasonable cost! Polite staff at front desk from the start! Asaf was an especially patient, polite, wonderful shuttle driver, advisor, concierge, and all around professional that made my husband's surprise birthday celebration an amazing success!! Beautiful room, comfortable and, very modern decor, nice view from our room, happy hour, very convenient to Blues and Jazz Bethesda Supper Club and The Original Pancake House on 770 Wisconsin Ave. Just perfect celebration all around!!

As we walked in we were greeted by Glenise Henry, she was awesome. She helped us with any of our needs and even recommended a fantastic restaurant. Staff is absolutely fabulous. Any questions we asked they were ready to help us. When we had breakfast Martha was very helpful brought us anything we wanted to drink. I like the fact that food was self service so I could simply choose what I wanted. Food was excellent & many choices for any dietary needs.

Breakfast is self serve for $10, except for the coffee. The coffee (and water, in case you don’t drink coffee) is served by the staff, who exist solely to provide you the coffee in exchange for a reason to add a tip line to the check. It could be next to the orange juice, but then they wouldn’t have anything to serve you. As a result, all you’ll hear is “coffee? Coffee! How’s the coffee? Any more coffee?” because they’re trying to do their best to give good service, but they were only involved in one tiny aspect. Every salt shaker was packed wet and inoperable. Staff is aware, no changes being made. Anyway, breakfast should be complimentary, especially if the hotel is under construction with the elevator shut down to the lobby, wet paint signs, construction footprints on the floor, etc. Everything else was acceptable. All the staff were pleasant, and regardless of the operations and policies, were welcoming and accommodating.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Always a warm welcome.Made my stay in D.C. wonderful.Washing machine & dryer on site.Roof top pool amazing.Loved the view & happy hour. Was able to get a joining room with door between our 2 rooms. Mini fridge & safe in room. Room had a view which was great at night. I would definitely stay here again. 😍
