“Great location in the Loop above an existing theater. An older building that was restored into a hotel so it has character. You are within walking distance to many attractions, the River Walk and the lake shore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast and the hostess, Ismeta, was the highlight of our stay. She made sure we had enough to eat (waffles), coffee, water, everything we needed and with an exuberance and kindness that you don’t often see. She set the tone for the start of our day. What a great experience!”

“This hotel stay was a true Hilton experience! The first thing I noticed was that the room was absolutely spotless. There was no hint of dust even anywhere! The breakfast was busy, but the staff were quick to replenish. The front desk staff were absolutely superb and very welcoming. I have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a stay as I did with this hotel experience. When I return to Chicago again, this will absolutely be my first choice and I can't wait to return.
