“Upgraded to a larger room for a small fee. Good service. Walls tad thin but the room itself was a decent size. Breakfast was alright could have done with slightly more vegan options but everything was mostly well labelled. Good location for Hyde Park and being away from busier parts of London.”

“From check-in to check-out my experience was nothing less than perfect.
I was welcomed with warm, smiley staff who were efficient, polite and accommodating.
The room was well presented, tidy and well equipped. The air-conditioning was a brilliant welcome that was well needed.
The housemaid was so helpful, flexible and did a stunning job.
Breakfast was of a good standard which helped start the day!!
Location is brilliant for tourists.
