The staff of the hotel is very kind and helpful! The hotel is well located, so you are not far from the metro and the city centre, many taxis are waiting right next to the hotel. The view from the room was beautiful and the bed in the room was relaxing. The only problem is that the hotel is a little bit old and you can see it especially in the rooms, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired (see pictures).

Very classy hotel in a quiet, nice part of town that’s still very convenient and close to everything you need! We loved the beautiful continental breakfast which we found very convenient and highly fresh. Had so many choices and everything we wanted and more. The room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was having to pay to use the pool.

Rooms are pretty nice, nothing spectacular. We were very frustrated that the pool and hot tubs were advertised but were then told it was 18 euros per person for one hour to use. What a ripoff. Location is good. The bar service and food is good.

Great and well maintained hotel very convenintly located near a Metro station. The Level rooms are highly recommended! Apart from the great view on floors 11 and 12 you get to enjoy a small buffet with snacks and beverages all day long. It was much appreciated. Breakfast is outstanding!

The epitome in luxurious appointments and the utmost in ultra modern European decor. We felt like we were in a first class, luxury apartment, and not a hotel room. A gourmet and eclectic breakfast service to rival no other. Superior service by staff, from the front desk to housekeeping.

We wanted to book a 5 star hotel in Madrid but this is not it. The receptionist was very cold when we checked in and gave us a room that had a blockage Infront of the window. We had already payed extra for a room with the best view. So of course we took a photo and went downstairs to talk to the receptionist again. After long discussion, they gave us the room we had booked. I got a feeling that they tried to scam us. I don't think that many people would go and complain and get what they payed for. Very good view in the room we got at the end.

Nice hotel located close to main attractions. I stayed in this hotel 4 nights and very well enjoyed my stay. Reception staff smiling, welcoming and very cooperative. The hotel is clean Breakfast was nice and service was good.
