Ótima comida, quartos limpos e pessoal simpático. As piscinas são limpas. A única coisa que não agradou foi o isolamento acústico dos quartos. A noite, especialmente, ouve-se muito barulho dos corredores e do show que acontece no teatro local dificultando e atrapalhando o sono. No geral, ótimo resort.

Hotel agradável mas não considero 5 estrelas,o pessoal embora falem espanhol dizem várias vezes que não entendem português é de lamentar. Senti também que os funcionarios são simpaticos para quem lhes dá gorjeta a toda a hora a animação do hotel não é nada especial já estive em hotéis de outras cadeias com animação muito acima da que os Bahia nos proporcionam. Em geral relação qualidade preço acho que não vale a pena pagar tanto dinheiro para o que o hotel nos oferece.

Muy bueno el servicio, las actividades para niños. Pero hemos pasado mucho trabajo con el aire acondicionado de la habitación lo tienen programado y no enciende en todo el dia cuando sales de la habitación la corriente se va completamente es decir que ni mis teléfonos se pueden cargar mientras estas afuera de ella. Necesitan darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones la que me toco a mi las paredes llena de humedad y el baño necesita ser remodelado y eso que pagamos una de las mas caras. Es una lastima porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial para ser bueno

El hotel es bueno para ir en familia. Tiene actividades diarias diferentes para niños. El kids club les encanta. Las nanas son muy muy amables. La alberca es hecha para niños. Los camastros imposibles de conseguir a menos que te levantes a las 5 de la mañana a apartar. El restaurante general. La.comida bien , las bebidas muy malas... Mejor toma agua o vino. Los restaurantes a la carta buenos. Pero reserva con anticipación. Las habitaciones realmente cómodas.

El hotel es excelente, las instalaciones son muy lindas, de igual manera la iluminación de los castillos. La comida a la carta es muy buena,( la del bufette, podría mejorar en cuanto a los mariscos, pero no es mala). Las atenciones del personal es muy buena, las habitaciones hermosas y la vista desde ella mucho mejor!!!

Very nice place for an all-inclusive. The Fantasia resort is mostly targeted towards kids with its castles, kids water park, kids zone, etc... So if you are not a big fan of kids and whatever comes with them - choose one of the others Bahia resorts here. The staff here is very friendly, accommodating and ready to help. If you need anything - it's always easy to find a staff member. Not all of them speak English though, but in this case they will bring someone who does to help you. The food is good too. The buffet food is of a good quality, but given it's hot climate and the food stays there for hours some things can go bad. My daughter had a light food poisoning after she had a prosciutto and chocolate milk for breakfast... But that was an exception. All other buffet food was fresh and tasted great. They even try to make some slight variations from day to day so people won't get tired from the same food every day. The restaurants available for the guests are just great. We visited 9 of them during our stay and loved almost all of them. Whatever we didn't like was the matter of our taste, not the quality of food or service. It's nice to change swimming outfits to something nice and go to a restaurant for dinner. Other than that - the facilities are mostly clean (there were a few napkins in the pool, but hey - there are a lot of kids who drop stuff), the room was pretty spacious, the bathroom was in a good condition, most of the times there were enough sun beds by the pool. Oh, one more thing to mention - Fantasia has its own part of the beach, so you don't have to compete with people from other resorts for a place at the beach. If that's your cup of tea - you can spend the whole day at the beach as there is a buffet and a bar right at the beach. To summarize - I'm not a big fan of all-inclusive vacations, but I can say that if we decide to have another vacation like this - it is very likely that we will come back here rather than going somewhere else. I can definitely recommend this place to families with kids who just want to relax and enjoy.

Excelente el mejor hotel que fui en punta cana, pero aclaro el Fantasia x que el luxury esmeralda es muy malo. Misma cadena y mucha diferencia de atención, y calidad de comida. El Fantasia todo es bueno! Lo único que la playa queda un poco lejos y hay mucha gente. Pero el personal es tan Bueno como la comida que la playa es un detalle. Lo súper recomiendo! Es asegurarte unas buenas vacaciones

Excellent Service! We went there withgroup of 34 people & chef Mr. Siddhartha gave us excellent dinner service. It was Indian food & we enjoyed a lot. Manager of the resort Mr. Samuel is also very good person, very co-operative & helpful. Staff of the resort is very nice. Overall very good experience.

Bahia Principe Fantasia provided us with afantastic family-centric vacation. Nearly everything about the resort was wonderful - the service, the staff, the pools, the rooms, etc. The food was plentiful and varied, but not wonderful, so don't go there if you are looking primarily for a culinary delight. Likewise, the entertainment was disappointing a few night we were there. However, we had a wonderful vacation lounging in the sun with our kids. Highly recommend!

Really large resort great pool and beach, very relaxing atmosphere. Food is good although some items we found lack flavour and a bit bland. Plenty of bars and restaurants no problems getting reservations. Most staff are friendly and hard working. Few niggling issues with the room amenities not working but staff tried to sort this for us. Lack of sun loungers by pool and people reserved tnem even though you are not supposed to staff need to be strict on this as it's hard to find a space by the pool unless you get up super early.

The service is inefficient, they rarely have the tables ready for you. When you request a coffee or any other drink the most of the time you have to way more than 10 minutes and some time they do not come back with your drink. The beach is far away from the hotel, so if you wanna enjoy the beach I recommend booking another hotel like Esmeralda. The food is good, the buffet is small but they have to many dishes. If you enjoy a quiet place to eat always get a table outside of the buffet.

Excellent place to stay for family with kids.
We went there with group of 34 people. Hotel management is really helpful and they have excellent customer service. Manager of the resort Mr. Angel helped us really well, With most of us being vegetarian , His team and chef Siddhartha gave us excellent service and Flavorful Indian food that we were missing during the trip.
We would recommend the resort and specially chef Siddhartha’s flavorful food for all the families who love Indian food.

Wonderful service and staff!!
We went there with group of 34 people including friends and family and had a great time. Hotel management is really helpful and they have excellent customer service. Special mention to the manager of the resort Mr.Angel was extremely helpful throughout the trip. Es un hotel muy lindo, con muchas comodidades en la habitación. Pero encontramos pocos servicios para el tipo de hotel. Los lugares a donde se pueden ir a almorzar son pocos y el restaurante que está en la playa es muy pequeño. Pudimos conocer sólo un restaurante para cenar (ya que no habia disponibilidad en los demás) y la comida y el servicio no fue buena. Encontramos mejores comodidades, espectáculos y servicios en el Bahía Principe Gran Punta Cana.

This has been my fifth trip to DR and my fifth hotel. Hands down the best food (8/10), and the restaurants are very good too. Rooms are clean but old. Customer service responds but very slow. Nice staff, they appear to genuinely enjoy working there. Beach is so so, some rooms are far away but there is a shuttle service running. Pools are nice, and they have entertainment for kids (aqua park, daycare, activities). I'd go there again.

Muy bonita la instalación en su conjunto. El personal de servicio muy amable pero lento. La piscina cierra a las 6pm, el último bar que cierra lo hace a la 1am, qué aburrido. Sus bares en general cierran varios minutos antes del horario establecido y abren mucho después. La comida muy buena y la animación también. La playa me gustó. Volvería? : claro que sí, el clima es espectacular y su gente muy alegre pero quisiera que, para ese entonces, hayan superado esas deficiencias.

Buenas noches. Estamos hospedados hace 5 días, somos 8 personas. Las instalaciones son espectaculares y el lugar divino. Pero la atención viene siendo muy mala, el servicio al cuarto no repone las cosas, llamamos a conserjería y después de varios reclamos fueron, en los restaurantes se han demorado horas en atendernos, las cartas nombran platos y después los mismos vienen incompletos o a medias. La verdad es que una lastima con tan hermoso lugar y tan completas instalaciones la atención sea tan mala

We stayed at the hotel 6 nights. Entertainment is excellent. Every day and night there is a different activities and good for kids and adults. Light show is amazing. The pool is clean and room is very clean and they clean it every day. But service is horrible. We waited two hours just to get our room at front desk and long queues and they barely speak in English.There is one sometimes two person at front desk all the the time which is definitely is not enough. So our vacation was destroyed at the beginning. Service at the buffet and most of the restaurants are terrible. Good luck just to get coffees or juice or any other drinks. You have to tell four times to get something. Few times we didn’t get any drinks at all. Hindu, buffet and garden circus, Italian restaurant service was worst and nobody cares. After speaking with manager at the buffet service is really improved in last two days. But the service at the Japanese restaurant is good. It is difficult to get reservations at the restaurants because it is full all the time. Buffet food is not always fresh and foods are OK. I think hotel has bad management especially at the restaurant/ front desk service. I discouraged my friends buying this hotel and recommended other hotel. Overall experience was 7/10.I rated four star because they improved service last two days of our stay. Because of the service I won’t come here again

Empesando por la reserva yo reserve 4 habitaciones porque ivamos a celebrar el cumple de mi hija. Me la pusieron dificil con la resevade mi tia al ella llegar donde tuvo k hacer nueva reserva xq yo no estaba presente. Duraronn horaspara entregarle la habitacion. Solanyi una de las empleadas super rudae inutille dijo a mi tia k yo no tenia k hacer nada ellos me reenvolsarian el dinero en 10 dias. A lo k el ultimo dia fui u me dijeron k tenia k llamar y contactarme con bahia principe para poder recibir mi dinero. La comida super mala lo mismo dia x dia. No marisco en realidad. La bebida pesima para mala tanto para adulto ocmo para ninos. Les dije k si podianos acomadarnoslas 4 habitaciones aunq no fueran juntas pero serca.Todas estaban a distancia. Para salir a disfrutar tuve k salir al Pueblo se punta cana y poder beber x lo menos algo bueno.La luzni se diga. La electricidad.se iva cada constante. noche y dia mayormente en la manana.Garden circus fue el mejor restaurant y la comida estaba bien.Talvez 20 % de los empleados eran. nice los demas eran como si fuera de gratis.

If you visited Fantasia before this year, chances are you will be very disappointed. This is our fifth time here. It used to be 5 star, now it is more like a 3 star hotel.Writing this while we are still at the hotel, and this is the first time I'm leaving review for any hotel.1. There is an exclusive area on the beach for Fantasia only, but when you go there in the morning with your family you won't be able to find any beach chairs, those are all taken by people from sister Bahia hotels. For me it's the same as if you buy assigned tickets, just to find out someone took your seats, and you are left on your own with your kids to scramble. Signs "Fantasia exclusive" are posted everywhere, but staff does absolutely nothing to enforce it. In fact I asked the staff and was told pandemic is to blame for it, now anyone can be anywhere they want, which is not true, later that day I asked the same question at the reception and was told nobody outside of Fantasia is allowed, and I can call customer service to complain, as if they were not a part of it already.So families are the least important for Bahia. Sad but true. 2. There used to be nips at the mini bar, those are gone. Two out of five days we didn't get any mini bar service, not even water. Had to call to get it. 3. Food theme nights are gone. Don't expect to find much seafood here as it used to be also. 4. You will be lucky to see a person who serves drinks at the beach, beach service used to be good here, now it is close to 0.We understand we need to lower our expectations during pandemic and most things are in fact still good, but heavily drinking adults from sister resorts in the Fantasia exclusive beach area is way too much for us and it can't be blamed on pandemic.To make it fair, we are comparing it to what it used to be, perhaps people who visit it for the first time will be blown away.

El servicio es muy bueno, Alex de recepción es muy servicial y resuelve todo lo que se le pide. Los chicos de animación son muy atentos y cariñosos, nos entretienen mucho en especial Jorge y Josué. Mis quejas son con relación a las bicicletas están en muy mal estado, es muy buena la aventura pero deben darle Mantenimiento. Las cervezas están calientes y el servicio en la noche termina muy temprano, a las 12 de la noche aún uno quiere seguir disfrutando. Pero la aventura es muy buena

Lo único. Los empleados tienen muy buenas atenciones para luego cobrártela pidiendo propina.En conclusión. No es un lugar el cual volvería a visitar y mucho menos recomendar.

The good:The food is very good at the a la carte restaurants, the entertainment had something for the entire family, and the grounds are landscaped beautifully. Butler service was good and reliable -- they came each night and set up a lavender diffuser in our room which helped settle everyone to bed. And we got a good deal, which is why I assume most folks are heading to this resort right now.The bad: Our room had multiple maintenance issues, similar to many of the other reviews. It was clear to me that the resort has been deferring maintenance as a way to recoup costs lost during the pandemic unfortunately; The food at the buffets is generally good... but can get redundant after a few days. Also the buffet service tended to be poor - they give each server too many tables to bus, so it takes them very long to come and take your drink order, etc.; Probably the biggest issue is the lack of transparency about what is open & what is closed due to the pandemic -- for example, if you call the US-based customer service number they are programmed to tell you that pretty much everything is open & all services are offered. We were disappointed to find out at arrival that there were no babysitting services being offered due to the pandemic even though the customer service number had twice told me that babysitting was in-fact available. We were also disappointed to find that mini golf, the playground, and the main water park were also closed to us as well. It made for a pretty redundant week with the kids.

Be prepared for the wait upon arrival! Their wait is miserable specially after a long flight. However, you will be met with drinks during the wait which makes it a little bit better. The room I first got had stained pillowcases, and mini fridge had not been stacked with water or anything ( it was empty) upon reporting it, they immediately came to the room and changed ALL pillowcases. I then had a problem with the mini fridge not working and at that point I requested to be moved into a different room. They were very professional, no questions asked, and made the request happen. The new room had a broken bed which I DID NOT report because changing rooms again would of been a hassle with three kids. Had I report it I’m sure they would of handled it as best as they couldThe service, food and entertainment were great!!! The people were amazing and very accommodating BE PREPARED TO TIP AFTER EVERY ENCOUNTER! Also, the items in the hotel are insanely overpriced ! The spa is almost $200! I’m only rating it 3 stars because although the hotel itself is amazing, I feel like the issues I mentioned above could of been prevented had they inspected the rooms prior to customer arriving.

I booked this resort a few months in advance and was excited for the trip as it was our second time to PC. A few weeks prior to our trip I reached out to the resort directly because we needed to book an additional room and had some questions regarding the accessibility for my dad. The hotel would not help and directed me to the Bahia website for further assistance. I then reached out to the reservations email several times asking for help with no response. When we arrived my father was not able to walk any further due to his health and the agent at check in told him to sit down until we were finished. Without any offer for transportation help to his room we managed to make it to the room with the concierge help. Once we were at the stairs I asked the concierge if there was an elevator because my dad could not make it up the stairs and we were told there was not and he had to climb the stairs. At this point my dad began to cry because it was too much. I asked the gentleman if my dad could switch his room to the first floor and after making a call to the front we were told it was all sold out and they were unable to accommodate him. We were stuck. It was not and is not clear when booking that this property had NO ELEVATORS. I truly would have gone elsewhere if it were clear that this property is not good for the handicap or mobile impaired. We were able to get him up to his room only to discover that the ceiling above him was leaking and there was a bucket in his room to collect the water….. Concierge was able to get my dad into a first floor unit the next day but the gentleman that helped us told us that they knew my dad was impaired and they purposely chose to make things difficult. That was our start to vacation.I had purposely brought with me extra cash for tips to the staff knowing service is better when you treat people well… there was one particular bartender my family tipped generously because he was beyond kind to us but half way through our vacation I was approached by him and asked for several hundred dollars so he could pay his house payments for the next several months because the company (Bahia-Principe) did not treat or pay employees well. I was completely shocked and embarrassed by this and spent the rest of the week trying to avoid this employee.Finally, we booked a reservation at one of the restaurants on site and, admittedly, Spanish is not our native language but we know enough to have small conversations and be able to communicate as best we can but when we arrived for dinner the waiter spoke in Spanish and when we replied in Spanish he began laughing at us and asked why we would come to the Dominican Republic if we didn’t know the language.The other items to note is that this property is not on the beach.There is a nice pool but if you came for the beach, this is not it. Also, although it is all inclusive the buffet offered is literally the same every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You have the option of booking at one of their on site restaurants but the food was stale and gross everywhere.I did reach out to the corporate office before writing this review and was told they would pass on my complaint to the property.The trip was a difficult one for our family and a waste of money. Their website is not accurate with information. Just be aware of that before booking. There are a lot of excellent properties and options in PC but this not one of them.

Good staff!!! Terrible beds and pillows!! This hotel needs to be upgraded in terms of room amenities. The beds are Terrible very small and the pillows are the worst pillows I have ever experienced! The room has poor lighting, there is not an alarm clock although you can call and have them give you a wake up call. No face towels, no tissue (Kleenex). The staff however are very humble and hard working. They practically work all day. The same girl that seats you at the buffet at the crack of dawn is the one that sits you late at night. I feel like the hotel is under staff and that they overwork the staff they do have. Even though the staff is overworked they do go beyond to give you a good service.Pool side there was only two guys for a pool full of people ( a very large pool). Pool is nice and the garden is beautiful!! .Food is good overall some days better selection than others. If you are traveling post Covid they only sit 6 people at a table so large groups of families will be split at meal times(this May be temporary) Overall is clean and a nice family kids friendly resort it could be better with more staff and better pillows!!!!!!!!

We stayed here recently and had a wonderful time!! The Fantasia resort is gorgeous, impeccably clean, with the buildings and lush landscape beautifully kept. The private beach is wonderful, the bars at the pools are great, and snacks are readily available. This is an all inclusive resort and is such a great value for the money. I cannot recommend it enough and I cannot wait to return!!

Sou cliente habitual dos hotéis Bahia Principe em vários países nas Caraíbas e na minha opinião, apesar de obviamente ter muitas coisas a melhorar ao nível do serviço e formação do pessoal, este hotel tem tudo para ser Fabuloso!Tivemos mais uma vez acesso a todo o complexo com a pulseira Vip Dourada e do que vimos e testámos a nível de instalações, piscinas, serviço, localização e comida é a melhor relação qualidade-preço de todo o complexo Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana.A melhorar indicaria a simpatia e qualidade de atendimento de alguns empregados que se nota com falta de experiência e pouca formação. De qualquer forma, para famílias com crianças tem tudo para passar umas excelentes férias.

Hace días mi hija fue con sus tíos, al llegar nos dimos cuenta que del hotel habían cancelado la reserva, toda una odisea para registrarse nuevamente, desde las 3pm hasta casi las 6pm de espera con niños pequeños para dar paso a la habitación y el precio muy elevado en comparación con la reserva que cancelaron. Abates de viajar llame varias veces a la central y me aseguraron que a pesar del COVID todos los servicios estaban disponibles, excepto la discoteca que se hacía al aire libre. Totalmente falso. No hay espectáculos y el club de teenagers está cerrado. El equipo de animación es muy flojo, pocas actividades y aburridas. Los restaurantes no están todos abiertos, por ejemplo el Hindu aún no hemos podido a reservar (está cerrado) y el restaurante Capricio (era brasileño originalmente) lo han convertido en italiano con una carta pésima, solo hay 3 pizzas. El vino tinto que está incluido es infumable, pero es que la carta de vinos es un insulto, un Ramon Bilbao que en un restaurante en España ronda los 20 eur, está a 64 dólares.Vinimos a Punta Cana tras haber visitado él Fantasía Tenerife donde el nivel de servicio y animación fueron excelentes, con espectáculos de muchísimo nivel. Una pena, nadie diría que son hoteles del mismo grupo.

El hotel es cómodo.Muy bien cuidado. El parque acuático ya necesita remozamiento en colores pero está en muy buenas condiciones y es excelente para los niños. Alta seguridad. Gran apego al protocolo de salud contra covid. Personal muy atento y pendiente a los detalles. Mucha comunicación oportuna entre el personal para solución rápida de requerimientos. Comida y bebida de calidad. Amenidades acorde a la situación actual.Muy buena experiencia.

El servicio del hotel prácticamente fue muy bueno las personas son muy amables y para los niños es un hotel Bueno, la razón de mi comentario es debido a que en el hotel hay un aburrimiento total no existe diversión alguna y muchas personas no viajan con niños porque es para todas las edades. La comida fue ok ya sabemos que debido a la pandemia hay muchas limitaciones y eso no es algo que andábamos buscando. Lo único que nos incomodó mucho fue que el entretenimiento fue NINGUNO, no dejan llevar música aunque sea pequeńa o grande, pero sin embargo hay dos hoteles más al lado que ponen música en un bar al cual no tienes acceso de este hotel. He visitado los resort bahía desde el 2012 y nunca había visto algo así.Entonces las limitaciones es solamente para el Fantacia ? . Mi recomendaciónsi viajan buscando diversión les recomiendo el Ambar solo adultos esta mas lindo y divertido

Only giving this resort 2 stars because the staff was so nice and friendly mainly the entertaining team. The resort was basically false advertisement. Half of the resort is closed, I understand there’s a pandemic but you could at least tell us the things that are not working before we book the resort. Also they told us we could go to the other resorts on the side, we went to a buffet and told us we were not allowed to eat there. The food tasted like 3 days old. This resort just needs better management to be honest.

10/10 experience for couples and families. Everything was superb. Food was delicious, drinks for every taste and likes, gorgeous beach and beautiful pools. Suite room fully equipped with great view and proved 24/7 room service with plenty of food options for everyone. Totally amused by the way staff kept everything shinny clean everywhere, beach included and how they care about COVID 19 protocols. A must repeat experience.

In pandemic times this place is doing it right. Temps taken at every restaurant, and at every entrance point, free antigen testing to help those traveling from countries that are requiring it for return entry. Hand sanitizers every where you turn. You can see that cleaniness is a priority. Social distancing in every common area. Besides the beautiful beaches and pool areas. Service was perfect,every single person we interacted with had a smile on their face, said hello, and willing to help uswith every need. Restaurants had an abundance of different food choices. Drinks always flowing. We really can't say enough about Bahia. The only negative which is absolutely no faultof theirs is the country ordered mandate of no large gatherings,so no bands,shows, etc for entertainment. But in speaking with staff that ban was lifting in Febuary.We will back!!!

Great place for kids. Modern sleek rooms that are clean..love the soaking tub and shower big enough for two. Nice walk to the beach. Their hospitality was great. Pretty on site. The best restaurant was the Italian restaurant. Yet even if you didnt do reservations the buffet had great food too.

The best hotel in Dominican, also one of the best places we have stayed in. The pool is fantastic. View , during the night is gorgeous its like little disney )) room service was great . Absolutely 5 stars !!! Check in and check out was easy. Very big hotel with its own private beach. Bars and snack during the day with unlimited drinks and food is plus . There is also kids aqua park inside the hotel , also with unlimited pizza and snacks on the side of it . Restaurants were great ! Beside the buffet, we visited other luxury restaurants that are inside the hotel , there are 6-7 luxury restaurants inside the hotel, and the food was amazing with great friendly service. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Was scheduled to stay at the Grand Bahia, but due to COVID-19 it remained closed, so we were moved to the Fantasia. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. They took every measure to make guests feel safe from the pandemic. Rooms are large and comfy, very clean, and modern. Pool area is amazing, with fun, energetic entertainment staff. As for the beach... Gorgeous! Worth the stay, especially for families. Most staff only speaks Spanish, so a slight language barrier, but nothing that can't be worked around. Will return and highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience!!! My family and I stayed here for 6 days and everyday was a celebration. The hotel is so beautiful, clean and organized. AND THE WORKERS WOW!!! The waiters, lifeguards, drivers, cleaners, just everyone there is great. They’re all so considerate and helpful! This one worker Jerry was amazing and so much fun! The pool is really big and gorgeous, you can get as many drinks as you want from the bars and the snack bar too! The view is amazing. The breakfast, snack and dinner is delicious. And the show is so much fun and hilarious. There’s so many activities as well! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I’m definitely going back with my family.

Nos encanto pasamos una estadia de lujo y espectacular la limpieza excelente la comida muy buena al igual que el entrenamiento para niños y adultos pero lo mejor de todo sus gentes, sus trabajadores desde que nos recibieron y en los espacios de diversion fueron tan amable especialmente Astri nos dejo imprecionados con la amabilidad y encantada con el protocolo para estar en distanciamiento por precaucion al COVID19.

Un lugar maravilloso,desde que llegas sientes el calor de la bienvenida y la alegría reflejada en todos los trabajadores contentos de tenernos allí, sientes que estás realmente de vacaciones. Todo excelente, el servicio ,la comida, fresca, muy bien elaborada y mucha variedad. la amabilidad ,atención y profesionalismo de todos los trabajadores.,el servicio es EXCELENTE, Mi familia y yo estamos súper contentos y satisfechos con todo y todos en el hotel, tienen tomadas todas las medidas de seguridad para evitar el contagio con el COVID, la higiene es impecable y hay gel sanitario en todos los lugares del hotel y el uso de máscara es obligatorio en el bufé y en otras instalaciones del hotel. Los trabajadores muy responsables y comprometidos con el cuidado de los clientes, no dejan de usar sus máscaras niun solo instante. Lo único que tienen que mejorar son los colchones de las habitaciones,que están un poco duros. Recomendamos el lugar 100 por ciento,queremos repetir esa inolvidable experiencia nuevamente. Gracias a todo el hotel y a sus trabajadores, no tenemos quejas de ningún tipo

We are a Canadian family and arrived here for a 7 day trip, landed on Sep5th. Day 1 wasn't that great but other than that, everything about this resort and the service they provide is amazing.Maintainence issues in room (Fan/Ac broken). Buffet is great but misisng the 5 star resort standards (No shrimps ,limited grilled meat options and no special lobster night planned) . Pool wet bar is closed due to covid but other pool bar under castle us open. No lineups except Saturday where they ran out of premium liquor . Lobby bar is great. 2 major Ala carte Restaurant closed - brazilian and sea food.Pool service is not there due to covid restrictions . Kids water part is amazing and snacks place around kids water park does the job. Sports bar is closed due to Covid but the beach restaurant and all 5 ala carte restaurants are amazing. Please don't miss any of them. Indian Thalli, Greek and Italian are amazing. Mexican and Steakhouse are good too. Jose Rafael,one of the managers is amazing. Jose just turned it around for us with his sheer dedication to customer experience.He made sure all our room problems,premium liquor problem and other things are resolved. I had an accident over there and had to rush to hospital and he made sure the family is taken care of . He constantly checked on me and my family and made sure the trip is as comfortable as possible.I would highly recommend this resort . We would like to come back when covid restrictions are a bit less and all of the complex is open.

Me agradó bastante el hotel, en lo personal, la comida es muy buena, así como la higiene. Se esfuerzan mucho en cumplir con los protocolos necesarios para evitar el Covid19. Necesitan más variedad con las actividades nocturnas y más facilidad para la reservas en los restaurantes a la carta, pues el sistema (en mi caso) fallaba a la hora de elegir en los monitores del lobby, pero me imagino que ésto es otra secuela de la pandemia.

Because of the pandemic there are certain procedures you have to follow. When you first enter the resort they take your temperature and you need to clean your hands with hand sanitizer. You need to have a mask when you enter the resort, the restaurant etc. All workers have masks. It's very clean and sanitized. No mask needed when in the pool and beach area. If you need to get a drink you need the mask. In the buffet wail get your food you need the mask put not when sitting down. All foods is served to you to avoid everyone from touching anything. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The procedure to avoid contact was excellent. Beautiful resort, very safe. I recommend this resort. Come, enjoy and get away from this covid19.

Best place to stay with children. From our check in to check out everything was perfect. Service was top notch and amenities excellent. Honestly, nothing to complain about. We had a premium view room with castle view and could not be happier.The light show is amazing, as well as the activities and shows in the theater. The specialty restaurants are amazing and the food delicious. The staff looks always happy, waving and welcoming all guests. We also enjoyed the activities at the beach, went on a private excursion to see the natural pool, dolphins, and snorkeling. We could not do some of the activities that were included (at the beach) because we had a toddler, but is understandable. For all people worried about COVID, masks are required in dry places, bars, and restaurants (pretty much where there can be numerous people). The staff always wears masks, and there are plenty sanitation stations around the property and even by the beach. Also, they have check signs for all tables and chairs when are sanitized, so you can choose accordingly. Definitely will be back to this piece of paradise. Awesome! We spent 3 nights at the hotel, every day had different activity for adults and kids. the magic show was so cool, really good live music at the pool The pool is big! Excellent customer services and great quantity of employees per area. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the closest beach wasn’t open but the trains to go there are very frequently. It was out first time in Punta Cana and I’m completely sure we made the best decision choosing this hotel. My 4 year old girl loved it!

Stayed 9 days with Family. Pretty empty compared to last summer. Service was amazing everywhere we went and food was good to great depending on which of the 5 restaurants you ate at ( we loved Indian and Italian the best ). Beach and pools were super nice (kids loved the water parks). Super clean (temperature checks at restaurants, hand sanitizer all over and continual cleaning of pool/beach chairs. We'll be back next summer.

I have visited the Bahia Principe resort in Punta Cana 3 times. Fantasia is an amazing place to visit with your family. My 3 young children are having the time of their lives. And so are my in-laws who are in their 80’s!
The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and very spacious, and everyone on the team that we have come in contact with has been so amazing. I highly recommend coming here with your family sometime soon. We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time back at this resort and we came back with both grandparents this time along with our 3 and 5 year old kids. The service has been even better and faster this time around.
The buffet still needs improvement especially in separating vegetarian foods from meat items.
The entertainment in the evenings has been excellent and we are looking forward to more kids programs as well as adult shows.
We would definitely come back again.

Our family had a fantastic time at fantasia! The staffs are so friendly. Particularly, they have everyday kids events. All are awesome. Our kids (4 y and 7y) loved all the programs. More importantly, our kids participated two great on-stage shows. Love it!!!! The onsite child care is also great. The pool is clean, the food is great. Will definitely recommend to friends and will revisit.

A menina que nos limpa o quarto falha um pouco... limpeza, papel higiénico, entre outros... de resto... top limpeza absoluta nas piscinas, passeios ao redor... buffets com boa variedade de comida e frutas. This was our first experience at an all inclusive resort and my entire family loved it. The people were super friendly and helpful, the entire resort was kept clean all the time, the rooms were cleaned multiple times a day, the shows and activities were entertaining with varying content, the hospitality was impressive. The workers were always happy and seemed to love their jobs. We loved the options to eat at the Buffet or at a specific restaurant of your choice. The qualify and variety of the food choices was unbelievable and there is no shortage of drinks in this resort, all at no additional costs! Overall, an awesome experience and we will certainly return to this resort and other Bahia Principe resorts.
