“Tuvimos algunos fallos en nuestra estancia desde el principio de registro y durante toda nuestra estancia. Cada vez, Scottie en la recepción, de manera muy profesional y comprensiva, se dirigió a nosotros y a la situación de una manera tranquila y acogedora. Su aplomo y compostura al lidiar con los problemas nos hizo sentir mejor y relajados. Hubo algunos otros miembros del personal que todavía tienen algunos caminos por recorrer, como el servicio de limpieza que no pudo hacer nada y la joven camarera que parecía estar molesta por tener que hablar con los invitados. En general, se salvó una estadía marginal e incluso mejoró con el servicio excepcional de Scottie en la recepción 👏”
