“We now live in Covid times and this hotel which is located in a sketchy area has the nerve to have their main entrance door closed as if covid would enter thru the main entrance door. You have to walk thru a dark parking lot and walk around to get into the mall and then walk across the entire mall with your luggage until getting into the hotel. It's really inconvenient especially coming in late at night. We called the hotel concierge and they had us waiting for over 10 minutes to guide us with no one showing up. When we called a second time they said they were helping a customer. We finally made it on our own and there were 3 gentlemen and two ladies at the front desk chit-chating and no one had the audacity to show up and pick us up at the wing stop downstairs to properly guide us into the hotel. Garbage service with good comfortable rooms.”
