Amazing services. They know what their guests expect individually. If you left glasses by the bed, they put a glass wipe there. If you use face towels only by the right bowl, you’ll find there’s two more face towels put just near the right bowl...Those kind of tiny happiness happens every single day. This hotel at 500+ per night is no a luxury hotel, in fact it’s nothing more than a Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn at best. Pro 1. Decent furniture 2. Ok location Cons 1. Over priced (500+/ night) 2. No executive lounge 3. Amenities don’t always work 4. 15 dollar credit daily for food and the restaurants barely had stuff for 15 dollars 5. Over hyped roof top bar 6. Customer service sucked 7. Very, very small rooms.

We stayed here for my birthday with a group of people. Loved the overall setup of the hotel and the rooms. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. So comfortable I wanna know the brand.

Cheap toilet paper. Phone did not work. Check in was kind of insulting. Wanted to make sure my wife was there because she made the reservation. Room was supposed to $800 for two nights. It was $1000. Charged me $100 up front for incidentals even though they credit card on file. BS! Supposed to have a nice view. Didn’t get it. For that kind of money, things need to be first class. Towels were fine. TV was nice and big. Parking valet was very helpful. Hotel is very pretty.
