“Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was awesome. Was not disappointed in the food at all. My one complaint is we had reserved a room with two queen beds. (Through a third party). Called the hotel a week out to confirm and was told that yes we did have a room with two queens. However when we checked in we were told that all they had was a King and if we wanted to change to a queen the next day that could accommodate us then. So when we reserved for two queens where did they go?”

“Absolutely no help checking in. Offer room service...none. the restaurant wanted to charge me an uncorking fee.. for a guest of the hotel?
The desk person FORGOT to call our car that was meeting us at the airport.
